This thing squeeks. I mean squeeks. If you shift at all in the night, it's enough to wake up anyone in the room, and it does. In trying to return it after a week, they're saying I have to take pictures of the base, but I'm disabled and my mattress is too heavy. They expect me to pay someone to take a picture of something that's a couple weeks old with zero damage.

I recieved my mattress quicly and also ordered the adjustable base. Within 2 hours of opening the mattress was already at 10 inches and by 5 hours it was the full 11 inches. I was concerned when some of the reviews said it was hard but its not. Its actually quite soft but still firm. I put the adjustable base in zero gravity mode and fell asleep quickly and slept for 7 hours without waking up once. No back or leg pain when I woke up either. I was a little apprehensive about ordering a mattress online but I am so glad I did and that I chose the nectar. Shipping was quick. The mattress came in 3 buisness days and the bed came in 5 business days. The base is really heavy so if you order it you will probably need some help moving it, however putting it together was easy. I highly recommend nectar!

After reading through the reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but I took a gamble. I bought the adjustable frame and mattress and ended up with free items. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I'm sleeping much better and not waking up with so many aches and pains.

The frame is pretty useful but does move a bit when elevated and you move around. The remote has a lot of buttons on it and it is hard to figure out which ones move just the head or foot sections in the dark. By the time you hit a button that you think is the right one, it is usually not and something else happens, like setting it to flat or raising it all up! The USB ports are in the middle of the side, so they will be easily hit as you get in and out of the bed... we decided to not take the chance, so we are not using them. Overall, the ability to raise the head and feet really does make sleeping easier and tends to help with snoring, so I think it was a good purchase. The things that sold us on it (USB ports, remote, etc.) ended up being features that are really not usable in real life. If the remote had a cover over all the extra buttons and the USB was located up near the head, it would have much better! I would recommend it for anyone who needs to have an adjustable base. Coupled with the excellent bed, we really like our Nectar bed! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

I purchased a split king bed. It consist of 2 twin xl adjustable bed frames and 2 twin xl mattresses. I have been highly disappointed in this purchase from the beginning. The mattresses constantly slide apart. I often get up in the middle of the night to slide them back together otherwise I find myself sleeping in a hole, practically on the bedframe. I have tried several different things to curb this problem, to no avail. The frames are heavy, which makes it somewhat difficult to put together. The bed is very cheaply made. I have already had to have one of the frames resent to me. The mattresses are okay, but feel a bit thin and can be uncomfortable. I would recommend spending a bit more money and going with another company. This maybe okay for a guest bedroom but not a bed you plan to sleep in every night. I have had the bed for about a year, and wish I could get my money back. Please do your research before you purchase this bed. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

No issues with the bed at all, with the mattress I purchased the frame came with bed vibrations. I feel it's silly as you hear more noise then feeling. It has four usb plugs usable bud I have a custom bed frame so I don't use them. I sleep as if I'm in a recliner my wife is side sleeper so the split twin was best for us.

The functionality of the frame is fine. It's functional - it works fine. It was easy to put together, and packaged well. But I have issues with 3 things. 1) The remote - it's pitch dark in my room, I can't see the buttons and am terrified I'll hit the vibrate button (WHO NEEDS THAT?!?) and the remote doesn't light up unless you hit a mystery button - a button that make wake up my partner. I wish there was a safe button to push that would make the remote illuminate so I could see what I'm pushing. 2) The split King is 2 XL twin bed frames. I understand that. But when 2 frames are purchased as a split king (an option on your website), there is no way to actually hook them together. It feels very easy to push them apart and it feel like you're not even sleeping in the same bed as your partner - they're just 2 separate beds. And maybe some people like that but it's kinda a bummer for us. Just knowing there's a connection somewhere would i feel might help. 3) YOU PUT THE USB CHARGER ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE FRAME FOR BOTH BEDS. THERE'S A USB CHARGER LITERALLY in the middle of the bed. WHY. It is supposed to be one bed, generally for 2 people. Why on earth wouldn't there be a USB on one side of one frame, and the other side on the other frame, so when they are pushed together both ports are accessible. It's lazy. If you're going to advertise a split king, actually make one.

Instructions to put together the adjustable bedframes are written incorrectly/nebulously, and two pieces were missing--prompting a quick run to the local hardware. That was disappointing. I hope Nectar stands behind their guarantee if we decide the two twin XLs/split king isn't worth it!

I have two queen Nectar adjustable bed frames. The first one was missing parts so I want sent a second frame. It was also missing parts, but because I kept the first one I had enough parts to assemble. Then it does not work. The power light comes on but the frame does nothing. I have rechecked all wiring and also had someone else check it too. Do NOT order this frame. Both times the box was damaged and I could literally hear the parts inside moving around the box. I cannot send this back because how would I ever get it into the box!

My husband and I recently moved my elderly mom in with us and bought the Nectar Adjustable bed for her room after purchasing one for ourselves a few months prior. She loves it as much as we do. She can watch TV in bed or sleep in and says she’s never slept so good.
