I ordered an adjustable frame to go with my mattress, but it has been a horrible experience with the frame. The first shipment had obvious manufacturing defects preventingme from being able to assemble it, and the nectar team was sympathetic and great to work with for the return. The 2nd frame that was sent to me was missing a few things (required tag that should have been sewn to the frame, retaining bar to hold the mattress in place), so I requested a replacement part because without it, I cannot adjust the frame. That was a month ago. I have been following up to understand where my retaining bar is and have been told they will update me when it ships. It has been 3 days since my last email to them and they have not replied. So I will be returning the frame by the end of this week if they don't respond. I will not keep a frame that I cannot use, but paid extra for the ability to adjust the position. I loved their support at the beginning and I LOVE the mattress, but the frame has been a disaster. Save yourself the hassle and buy an adjustable base from a local vendor.

Great quality and looks! I wish I could speak with the companies technical support for programming support. Buttons only work upon release and then only in 1/8th incremental movements. Help! Now the Zero Gravity button stopped working. Have tried to re-program with help from the number on the "Resident" remote but still not operating at 100%. Again, love the quality! (Unit came with Resident remote and Okin control box).

Received the damaged adjustable bed frame and called immediately to report it and sent photos in. I never got a response and have been ignored. I finally just bent the brackets back in place to receive the motors to put it together. Because it had missing or broken plastic washers it’s noisy and the massage feature noise is also amplified by the lack of washers.

We though there was a snore function, but it wasn’t included. We also thought that the bases somehow joined via the frames. We can’t have our big dogs on the bed because they’ll fall through the middle. Other than those two things, the zero gravity is fantastic and I love having two preset favorite settings. I’ve noticed less pressure on hips and love sleeping with legs elevated. Under bed lighting is a nice feature. When I first tried the massage feature, I kind of thought it was silly. I’ve since changed my mind. It kind of lulls you like a car ride does a baby.

I like the Nectar mattress. Comfortable and nice support. Sleeping well with less back and back pain. Assembly was simple with instructions. The price is good for the value and it was a great investment for my sleep and back. The Resident adjustable bed is nice in general and all the positions available are great. The frame remote and connectivity has some issues. The remote battery cover doesn't stay on, falls off easily. The remote doesn't always work to change the bed settings. I have to unplug the frame and wait for it to reconnect to remote. The Resident app is not used friendly, and disconnects often. Not all the buttons work on the remote in the app. The app buttons are not the same button configuration as the remote.

It was definitely a heavy box. My son helped me to set it up. To our surprise the whole thing was basically put together already. I had watched a you tube site on putting the bed together and he was using a lot of tools. So that was an unexpected good thing. Once together and my Nectar mattress back on, I tried everything out and it worked like a dream. I use the massage element nightly, sort of lulls me to sleep. Raise the head up a little, I always sleep better raised. Haven't as yet needed to raise the feet but did try it to see if it worked and yes to that. I’m very happy with my purchase…thanks

The frame is very sturdy and was easy to put together. While it can be put together by a single person, two people definately make the process much easier. Now for the shortcomings. The retention bar at the foot of the bed is too short. This causes the mattress to slide off the foot of the bed when raising the head. The mattress also has a tendency to slide to one side or the other. The can be fixed by making a taller retention bar, which would keep the mattress from canting and sliding. It's annoying to the point that I'm having a bar made.

The adjustable frame is so convenient for back sleepers and bed frame is strong and solid. The frame setup was so easy and can be setup by one person although 2 people are recommended. Excellent decision! Now i am considering getting the mattress as well

I had no idea what to expect out of a new mattress purchase. I wanted to be selective because I knew whatever I chose would be with me for years and years. I’ve heard amazing things about Nectar mattresses from the jump and so I decided to take the leap and I do not regret it one bit. As I was putting the mattress together (I bought the adjustable frame) I kept getting more and more impressed. When I laid on it I immediately knew I made the right decision. Sleep has been amazing and this mattress is now stuck with me for a lifetime. Oh and the vibrating (massaging) bed frame is a bonus!

I decided to get the two nectar mattresses with the electric bases. My wife has fibromyalgia and arthritis and I wanted her to be able to get the rest she needed. Sine they arrived she has been sleeping through the whole night and waking refreshed and my lower back pain has gone away. This was the best purchase we could have ever made.
