I’ve had my bed for a few months now. I had a great experience ordering the bed, and they delivered it pretty quickly. Sometimes I feel like the bed is too soft. I’ve had to go to the chiropractor about 5 times since I started sleeping in the bed because I feel like my back goes out a lot sleeping in this bed. It could just be a coincidence though. I’m glad I have a year to decide. I’m going to give it a few more months, and then decide. I also love the adjustable base.

I recieved my mattress quicly and also ordered the adjustable base. Within 2 hours of opening the mattress was already at 10 inches and by 5 hours it was the full 11 inches. I was concerned when some of the reviews said it was hard but its not. Its actually quite soft but still firm. I put the adjustable base in zero gravity mode and fell asleep quickly and slept for 7 hours without waking up once. No back or leg pain when I woke up either. I was a little apprehensive about ordering a mattress online but I am so glad I did and that I chose the nectar. Shipping was quick. The mattress came in 3 buisness days and the bed came in 5 business days. The base is really heavy so if you order it you will probably need some help moving it, however putting it together was easy. I highly recommend nectar!

The frame is very stable, quiet and sturdy. Be prepared for the weight of the item. The foot motor quit working and they overnighted a new one. Went to replace it and found out it was an issue with the frame that caused it to break. I am currently in the process with Nectar of getting the frame fixed or replaced. I had to submit photos and am waiting on an answer. Customer service has been really nice and easy to work with. The issue has not given me a negative impression of the company at all. Sometimes products are defective and it is how the issue is resolved that matters. So far, they have been wonderful with helping to fix it! I would definitely recommend their beds. We spent months looking into adjustable frames, and I am happy I chose Nectar.

I love my new bed! The adjustable frame is perfect. The adjustable height was super important and helpful. The Zero G is great. The massage feature is good. The motor is very quiet and movement is smooth. The remote is attractive. The white case stands out against the other dark remotes and the blue lights are pretty. I have the Nectar hybrid mattress and the combo is everything I’d hoped it would be. Overall, great purchase!

The frame in general is nice but it has a very annoying squeak in certain positions that I have not been able to eliminate. Nectar did offer a partial refund for the trouble but I wish I could solve the squeak. I’ve lubricated all the joints several times with no luck.

I have two queen Nectar adjustable bed frames. The first one was missing parts so I want sent a second frame. It was also missing parts, but because I kept the first one I had enough parts to assemble. Then it does not work. The power light comes on but the frame does nothing. I have rechecked all wiring and also had someone else check it too. Do NOT order this frame. Both times the box was damaged and I could literally hear the parts inside moving around the box. I cannot send this back because how would I ever get it into the box!

I m still not happy with knowing that there are tears in my base and you offering a thirty dollar refund is kinda a slap in the face considering all you made me go through to get more and more pics even after I explained to you that I had my invalid husband coming home from the hospital within a few days and needed to be ready. I'm 55yrs old and not in the best health and tried to lift the mattress for more pics that you requested and hurt my back. Then I had to wait for my son in law to do it. Way too much to go through. I'm considering sending the whole thing back as soon as I have time to look for another bed.

The nectar adjustable bed frame was super easy to set up. I had no problems getting it out of the package and following the simple directions to get it placed and load my mattress on top of it. Remote is super easy to use and I have loved all the different settings and options offered by this bed frame! Plenty of storage under the bed offered and the under the bed light is fantastic.

Great remote, good adjustability. However mattress does not stay centred on the frame, and the vibrate function isn’t the most enjoyable experience. Favourite thing would be the memory button on the remote. Also very heavy and need multiple people to set up.

Bought this bed and frame for mother-in law who is now in assisted living situation with us. didnt want stigma of hospital bed so combined some rails and this works great.
