Functions well and offers wide range of adjustments. Remote has some quirks, such as having to press the flat button in, releasing, and reclicking to get the bed to level back out. Massage feature is very underpowered and clearly an afterthought to add in more features. Remote’s “reading” and “TV” presets are the same which is a waste of a button. Would have preferred one to be customizable. The synced XL Twins (required if you want an adjustable king) cannot be adjust separately unless you disconnect a data cable under the bed, which is not convenient. With that said, the range of adjustment is robust, and can sit you up at a near 75-90° angle.

I bought a bed with adjustable frame. The bed is soft I let it sit open for 24hrs. I have the adjustable frame which I like because of my back and the ability to sit up and watch the TV. The frame has features I didn't know when I bought it. The frame vibrates at the head and feet, the remote has modes for Zero G. And TV. Highly recommend.

My husband and I never had an adjustable frame but always wanted one. We love spending Saturday mornings in bed reading together, or on our iPads. When we were looking for a new mattress, we found nectar. The price was perfect. The setup is pretty easy, but it’s a heavy frame. Keep that in mind. When we got it all setup and the mattress on, we immediately tried the zero gravity. It is PERFECT. 10 out of 10.

Bought the split king. The two twin xl mattresses don’t conform to the frames when the legs are raised. Your legs will raise without bending at the knees. This may not be a problem for some people. I tied a strap around each mattress and frame, to keep them together at the foot of the bed. The middle of the mattress is held in place by your body weight. This works for us. With this modification, it functions great. It is inconvenient when making the bed. The mattresses may conform on their own with time, but by then your frames fifty day satisfaction will be over. There doesn’t seem to be any connection between customer service and quality control. I spent two months communicating with customer service, sending pictures and a video. The only solution was to send out new mattresses. The new ones were the same. I started the return process only to become more frustrated, when I had to send more pictures. This all took place within the satisfaction period. The twin xl mattress is probably too lightweight for an adjustable frame.

I have lived abroad for decades, when I came back to the US i had to furnish my house from scratch. When it came to beds I found a spectrum of price that just blew me away ! I finally settled on the Nectar Queen Size with frame to go with it . I can honestly say that at Sixty Six years of age I have NEVER slept so well in my life ! The zero gravity function is fantastic! The mattress is utterly perfect ! I know it sounds kind of silly but my mantra these days is " I LOVE MY BED" Ahahahahah. I sincerely recommend this mattress and be sure and get the frame that has the massage feature and the raised/ lowered head and feet functions, you will not be sorry !

We've had our Nectar with adjustable frame for a bit over 3 years. 6 months ago it started creaking and making some funny noises, a little bit later all the bed functions stopped working, so I looked under to see if the control module somehow came unplugged as I was looking for that I noticed that something didn't look right. I then took it all apart to lift it up to get a closer look and to my surprise there were a few broken welds. Now the Mattress is fantastic but the frame welds are very poor, weak and should be addressed immediately to insure that the consumer is getting what they paid for. *Nectar Mattress: 4 1/2 -stars Adjustable Frame: 1-star

I have had my Nectar bed for a few months now, and have zero regrets. The mattress is soft enough to fall asleep very comfortably, but also firm enough to wake up and get out of bed comfortably. Meaning, no random neck or back strains, given the quality. It took me a few days to find the right balance between head and feet, but the remote control makes it a cake-walk, as even an inch or two can make all the difference. I am very pleased with the Nectar bed, and I highly recommend making the investment.

I received my base within a week of my order. Nectar let me know my mattress would ship in 3-4 weeks. I get that between materials and shipping with the pandemic this is not unusual. I received my mattress but noticed a flaw. I contacted Nectar and they had me send photos. They responded quickly and I just received my new mattress today. Thank you to all of the people I had contact with. You were kind and caring and you responded so quickly to my questions. Yes the base is awesome. Love that I can charge my phone on it.

The frame and mattress are everything they claim it to be. Very comfortble. Howver I boubht the sheets and pillow covers which are so sheer and lightweiht they slip off the matress or pillow with any movement. The sheets need stronger elastic and more material under the matress to actually hold them in place.

I bought the Nectar adjustable queen size frame as part of a bundle in Feb 2020. It arrived in March 2020 right at the start of Covid (I paid for white glove service). When it first came, it was extremely noisy when I would adjust the lower part. So I had to do a lot of back and forth with customer service until we figured out the motor was broken. They sent a replacement part and I had to fix it myself. So I was already a little annoyed that I bothered paying for white glove service only to have to then fix it myself, but I realized this is something no one could foresee. It wasn't anyone's fault. The frame was great for the first year. I liked all the features. It's great to have the USB ports on both sides. The adjusting movements are smooth and quiet. It looks great. I like the massage feature. The remote is a great feature. Sadly, after a year I thought maybe my mattress was getting dented. I flipped it around. Still felt like there was a dent. Several months later, I figured out it's the bedframe that has bowed significantly in the center. It is visibly dipped in the middle. I am less than 160 lbs and sleep alone... Customer service was nice and friendly, had me take pictures of all the tags underneath as well as pictures of the problem area. They sent me a new replacement frame. I'm disappointed by this solution as 1) now I'm on my own for assembling this (again, initially I paid for the white glove service, waiting extra long for it to arrive that way because I'm not physically strong enough to push the box around or comfortable flip the bed upside down). I am also worried the same problem will happen again in another year. I also now have to deal with disassembling the old, broken frame and figuring out how to dispose of this. Overall, I would warn others to stay away from this frame. The hassle of it all combined with the months of uncomfortable sleep that resulted, and now worrying that I'm in for a repeat of this issue make it a bad investment. The customer service reps are really nice and do all they can to help, but I really wish I could have just gotten a refund (even a partial one!) rather than a replacement for a frame that might be just as bad as the original. I love the mattress, sheets, pillows (Best pillows I've ever owned!), and mattress cover a lot. But the adjustable queen frame is a real disappointment. TLDR: After 14 months of 1 person (under 160 lbs) sleeping on this alone, the middle bowed dramatically making it unusable and I had to be sent a replacement (for free). I'm worried this will happen again and now have to figure out how to get rid of the old, broken one.
