- 1 out of 5 stars review5/14/2021The adjustable base is not a good fit for a Twin XL mattress - not heavy enough? too stiff? There have been several issues with the frame itself and I will be returning for a refund. ​ 1a) Massage motor gave out in first week - motor overheats if it's used for extended time. Received a replacement motor but it still overheats and turns off. 1b) I live in a two story home - the massage motor is so loud I can hear it downstairs. It makes the floors and walls vibrate more than the mattress. 2) My spouse is short and doesn't weigh much. The mattress will not bend with the frame. If you position in Zero G the mattress just sticks straight out. I have to tie down the end of the bed to the frame to make it match the frame's angle. 3) The USB ou...

It’s not easy to set up the cables, apparently I did something wrong when connecting them, but the instructions are not clear. Nectar’s customer support is mediocre. I’m very frustrated, I gave up and I’m just using the bad without any of its functions, at least I can sleep on it as a conventional bed because I can’t use none of its functions!!!

In theory if Dad’s retina detached again he would need to sleep sitting up. The slope for snoring will help me sleep better. It had nothing to do with the phone charges & massage feature. Yes I enjoy my adjustable frame for the fun features. My nieces love it & I do too. But technically it is to help with my snoring. :wink: Adding a plug for computer big chargers would be nice too, otherwise practically perfect

It has sleep-disturbing always-on lights both where it plugs in and under the bed. It's remote is too bright for comfortable use in the dark. When we tried to return it, we encountered hassle after hassle, and eventually it remained unreturned (we did not have a vehicle large enough to transport it, and donation facilities in our area would not pick it up).

It’s been 3 years now and my hubby still goes to bed every night with his 30 mins of vibration. We looked at more expensive beds and mattresses and decided to try nectar (because nothing to lose with the try it for 365 day guarantee.) Best bed I have ever slept in. From the zero gravity position on the base to the really really great cooling cover on the mattress (middle aged woman with hot flashes) hands down a great lifetime bed. Also love the mattress covers , have been great wash after wash during my hubby's cancer treatments.

I had no problems getting it out of the package and following the simple directions to get it placed and load my mattress on top of it. Remote is super easy to use and I have loved all the different settings and options offered by this bed frame! Plenty of storage under the bed offered and the under the bed light is fantastic.

The mattress was amazing when I first got it and would first lay down, but I don't feel that it gives or "cradles" me or anything through the night. I had to disassemble the frame to get the two halves upstairs but overall, it was easy to put together. And I like that you can change the height of the overall bed with the adjustable legs. I have slept fairly better than I did in the past though. I don't think there's any use for the copper now that I have it because a) there are too many layers between me and the copper and b) my back and other joints aren't feeling better esch morning...again making that part of the purchase absolutely pointless...

We love to turn it on right before we fall asleep. It's also great for watching tv, or even an injury. My husband injured his foot and needed to keep it elevated. This frame was exactly what he needed! The frame is super heavy, don't attempt to move it around on your own, but assembly is quick and easy.

It does everything that I expected it to and more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are because of three things (that are really minor) 1) The 'lighting' underneath could have been done a little better, maybe with a timer to only be on at night. 2) The 'massage' functionality doesn't really do anything, not even 'in the moment'. You can feel it a little but it's not really ever going to relieve anything 3) There is no instruction manual with the remote.

The anti snore mode is great for two reasons…to help with my spouses snoring and for acid reflux issues. The TV mode puts you up nice and straight but we don’t do tv in our bedroom.

I've actually gotten my toes stuck in it while sleeping. If you have the frame adjusted and get off of your bed, the mattress goes straight and stiff, messes up the bedding, and you have to return the frame to normal to re-make the bed.

The beds slide and the mattress slides off the frame when I climb onto it. Thought the frame would hold both mattresses together or at the very least link together. Will be aware next time I shop online for a mattress.

I did a free trial with several other brands and this bed caused the best sleep of all of them (as demonstrated from my Apple watch data for least number of times waking during the night). So happy to have found this bed. Let me tell you NOT all memory foam mattresses are similar. They vary wildly!

Mine had an issue where the frame does not go up all the way.. they had me call warranty..I called they sent me a new motor which my husband installed. I am still having the same issue with my bed. We aren't bed techs or mechanics to evaluate or know what is wrong with me bed... my husband's works just fine. I am upset that no one actually came out to evaluate or fix the problem... mine you Ibeen using my bed for only 4 months

My husband and I sleep differently so getting a split king seemed like a great solution. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed right off the bat once we put the frames together and realised that the bed was quite high up. The massage feature is extremely loud and really not very effective. The worst part about this frame Is that there is no way for the split king to stay together in the middle. We are constantly pushing the frames and the mattresses together so that there isn't a big gap. There really should be a tool that comes with the split king to prevent this. Needless to say, we will be returning. However we do love the mattresses and will get a regular king size ...

If you watch some of the assembly videos on YouTube if they're more than a one-year-old they're out of date. The new nectar adjustable mattresses frame require no real assembly no wiring no connecting cables everything was pre-assembled all of the components such as the electric Ram that move the bed were already there all you needed to do was put on the legs and flip it over
