We went it returned and refunded as you promised. There is no reason for us to keep the adjustable frame without a mattress meant for it specifically.

Frame is great. It’s all assembled you just need to add the legs and plug it in! The usb plug is not practical when you put your base inside a bed frame :confused:

I’m receive this product broken and I report this problem several weeks ago and I don’t get any information about how and went this issue is going to be solved!!

I’ve had the frame for over a year and it has been perfect for me. I have sleep apnea and I raise the head a bit to sleep. It’s great to hang out in zero gravity too!

I am OBSESSED with this bed frame! It is perfect and works exactly as advertised. I have a platform bed frame that I really didn’t want to get rid of and didn’t have to with this frame!

Luv it so far. I can adjust to exact function, zg is everything, and the memory and the message is just what I needed. I even use a nectar bed as well. Thankx Nectar 😃

I really am likening the adjustable frame. Im not happy that it came damaged. They did compensate me slightly but i feel for the amount of money i spent on it that wasn’t enough.

I thought this mattress was going to be ok but to my surprise it exceeded my expectations along with the adjustable base it is like the cherry on the cake love the adjustable base and mattress

This is the best deal i could find for an adjustable bed frame and my parents absolutely LOVE it!!! They’ve had it for 2 months and I get random thank you phone calls! Definitely a great purchase and easy to set up plus delivery was quick and free.

I was really excited to put this together just to find out the motors that make it adjustable are missing. And they say there call center is open tell 9pm but they are not. Just is not right.
