Had a great experience with Nectar, their customer service has been great. My only complaint would be the adjustable frames don't have a preset option where you can save your favorite settings.

A) the outlets are both on the same side instead of accessible to both persons, and B)if I get out of bed without unplugging them I hit my legs against them

The frame was very easy to set up and move around. The frame is not bulky and provides enough space to walk around comfortably. The charging ports are a bit hidden on the sides but they are there. Long charging wire recommended for adjustable frame.

Frame is great. It’s all assembled you just need to add the legs and plug it in! The usb plug is not practical when you put your base inside a bed frame :confused:

We purchased two frames and mattresses and cannot be more pleased. Zero Gravity is the best setting for falling asleep quickly and waking up without the stiffness and soreness of a flat and unforgiving bed.

Just received my adjustable bed frame after waiting over 25 days and I did not get the remote control. No way of calling and speaking to a person as the phone lines are closed. I am 309 in queue to ask what happens now. Very frustrating.

With one, person it's fine. But because the king size bed is split, I believe the mattress should be split as well. Currently it makes it impossible for my husband to be comfortable on his side.

We have had the base now for a couple months and we really like it. It did show up damaged and they did not offer us much of a discount, which was disappointing.

Nice frame that can be adjusted from zero gravity to reading position. The massage is a nice touch but doesn’t really do much. I mainly adjust it for zero gravity and when watching tv.

I absolutely love this matter and adjustable frame. For years I’ve struggled to sleep entirely through the night. NIGHT ONE! I slept like a baby and have had amazing sleep since.
