So glad we received this carpet cleaner! We have light color carpet in the basement and accidentally spilled coffee on it 😭 We tried other cleaner but it didn’t do the job. As soon as this was delivered, we gave it a shot….whoa! This carpet cleaner is beyond amazing, how does it get all of the ick out of the carpet! (Video and container speaks the results). The technology is above the rest with the combination of high-speed brush roll, power spray high-pressure spray and powerful suction delivers the best dirt, ick and odor removal. The dual-activated formula fuses two unique formulas together creating unstoppable cleaning solution effective for stain cleaning. The handheld is is built in carpet cleaner and used for spot and stain remover designed for stairs, carpet and upholstery. The drying time is minimal…huge plus! Over the holiday, I plan on tackling the stairs using the handheld. Such a great added bonus to the upright carpet cleaner. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaner🦈

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truthfully I had never deep cleaned my carpets at all, just ran the vacuum once a week. I didn’t have any stains so I never worried about it. However one use of the carpet cleaner and you could tell the carpet was a good shade lighter than before. While the results were great there is just a couple of downsides. The machine is pretty heavy and not the easiest for me personally to run back and forth on the carpet, felt like a workout. There is also a lot of little parts to take out and clean with little crevices that are hard to clean out. It also took a bit to figure out, as again there is quite a bit of parts to this. However I do know this is a heavy duty machine so the weight of it and all the parts is something that is inevitable but it’s something to keep in mind since not everyone is up for the maintenance. Overall for its purpose, it did a great job.

I was very happy with how easy this was to use and how well it cleaned. I was a little grossed out when I saw how dirty the water was in the tank, but Im glad I know its clean now. Great clean scent afterwards.

And I also watched the video instructions how to use- so everything was easy to understand and use it in the correct way. I washed all my carpet in one single day, removed all the grease and stains than I have. And also removed lots of Esther after washing, so the next day I had completely dry carpets. Also could be used to wash sofas, chairs and soft bed’s frames. Really happy with this gift from Influenster and Shark!

The price is very reasonable compared to the many functions it comes with. I mainly tested it on white carpet where we had a lot of stains from dinner parties and other miscellaneous spots. The cleaner did a good job at lessening the effect but it didn’t total get rid of all of the stains. I followed the instructions for adding the soaps but maybe it needed extra. The small detail brush is the best for really getting in there. It was very satisfying and disgusting to see how gross and grimy the water it sucked up from the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange of my honest review. I am super excited to receive the EX200 Shark CarpetXpert. I own multiple rugs at home and I have been wanting to clean them for a while. It's impossible for me to wash them manually and I am not very keen on hiring someone to clean them due to the cost. This carpet cleaner is exactly what I need. The cleaning power and suction power is as good as I expected, judging by the color of the dirty water resulted. It takes some energy to use this upright cleaner since it's not light and it's corded. It takes some effort to push it too. These are still within expections. There is a pleasant light scent to the cleaning solution and it makes my rugs smell good for a bit. A couple downsides. I have a dog and depite daily vacuuming some fur still got stuck to the carpet. The carpet cleaner got some fur out but it's unable to pick all of them up. The bottle of cleaning solution runs out faster than I would like. The use and clean up of the machine is quite complex and inconvenient. Even the box and the manual is hard to read and it's full of text. There are many parts to the machines to clean, and there are fixed places on the machine that's not easy to clean. I don't think I will use this cleaner too often due to the inconvenience, but I am at the same time glad to have something like this at home which seems essential now.

The Shark CarpetXpert EX200 with the 2 in 1 deep carpet cleaner and spot and stain remover is the BEST and easiest solution you’ll ever find. It’s incredible. The cleaners are installed into the machine so you aren’t spraying a foam or liquid that may be heavier or lighter in areas. This goes over every inch and cleans it quickly and efficiently. At almost 60 years old, most of the traditional carpet cleaners weigh a ton, and my back would hurt for several days, but not with Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner does what it says. I hadn’t cleaned my carpet in over two years and the waste water bin was a dark grey after using this. I do think you might need to use elbow grease on deep set stains but for an overall deep clean this gets the job done.
