If you have kids or pets this is a MUST HAVE. My only complaint is I can only find the cleaner on the shark website and shipping is $10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner does what it says. I hadn’t cleaned my carpet in over two years and the waste water bin was a dark grey after using this. I do think you might need to use elbow grease on deep set stains but for an overall deep clean this gets the job done.

I'm really satisfied with this purchase. It's very easy to use, to clean with, and to access all the parts to clean the machine when you're finished. The details show it has a pet user in mind with easy ways to remove the hair. The solution, while expensive to refill, works really well, I feel like it's on par with a professional service. The suction is very strong and dries faster than my old machine. Highly recommend and I paid for this myself :)

And I also watched the video instructions how to use- so everything was easy to understand and use it in the correct way. I washed all my carpet in one single day, removed all the grease and stains than I have. And also removed lots of Esther after washing, so the next day I had completely dry carpets. Also could be used to wash sofas, chairs and soft bed’s frames. Really happy with this gift from Influenster and Shark!

Its a very very good shampooer, however, I dont feel its meant for big areas or entire rooms, its definitely more of a spot cleaner (I couldnt even do my entire bedroom with one tank. There are some features i dislike as well, when you push forward water and cleaner automatically come out and it only sucks up when pulling backwards, to me this seems like a huge waste of product, not being able to control how much or when the water/cleaner is coming out. With that said, i have provided before and after shampooing photos and you can definitely see how well of a job it did. I would recommend for people who have tiny areas of carpet they need to clean or for furniture (that can be used on) Also, the replacement cleaning products are a little expensive, one bottle only fills up the cleaner 1 time, so you literally only get one use out of a bottle of carpet cleaner
