[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying this carpet cleaner so far. Definitely requires some getting use to the operation being so different from my previous carpet cleaners. This model automatically sprays the solution when in the forward motion (unless the mode is changed). Personally I’m used to having to pull the trigger to have the solution spray. I am still working on not over saturating the area. Love the ease of removing, emptying, and cleaning the dirty tank. My only complaints are that the hose for the hand held constantly falls off the holder and the upright suction is not nearly as powerful than the handheld. Highly recommend vacuuming throughly before using, because it pulls everything that you miss and clumps up on the floor. Bleh.

The Shark CarpetXpert EX200, with Stainstriker, 2-in-1 deep carpet cleaner and spot & stain eliminator is a very good carpet cleaner! Doesn't do the greatest with pet hair so make sure you thoroughly vacuum before hand! The cleaning solution it comes with smells very good and works great for removing stains!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark CarpetXpert is easy to use and works wonders on stains! The dog had an accident on the rug a few weeks ago and this made the rug look new as though nothing happened. I mean look at the photo of what else it got out! While it did a good job my only complaint is that it leaked some water on set up and is heavy. Other than that, this deep cleaner is great!

So glad we received this carpet cleaner! We have light color carpet in the basement and accidentally spilled coffee on it 😭 We tried other cleaner but it didn’t do the job. As soon as this was delivered, we gave it a shot….whoa! This carpet cleaner is beyond amazing, how does it get all of the ick out of the carpet! (Video and container speaks the results). The technology is above the rest with the combination of high-speed brush roll, power spray high-pressure spray and powerful suction delivers the best dirt, ick and odor removal. The dual-activated formula fuses two unique formulas together creating unstoppable cleaning solution effective for stain cleaning. The handheld is is built in carpet cleaner and used for spot and stain remover designed for stairs, carpet and upholstery. The drying time is minimal…huge plus! Over the holiday, I plan on tackling the stairs using the handheld. Such a great added bonus to the upright carpet cleaner. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaner🦈

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this shampooer. It cleaned carpets wonderfully and got the job done. It worked quickly. The set up was a breeze. I love all the attachments as it can spot treat and clean small areas that need attention or can do big areas as well so you get your money worth in one machine. I only took a star off because it’s heavy and was a little more work out than I like to push around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truthfully I had never deep cleaned my carpets at all, just ran the vacuum once a week. I didn’t have any stains so I never worried about it. However one use of the carpet cleaner and you could tell the carpet was a good shade lighter than before. While the results were great there is just a couple of downsides. The machine is pretty heavy and not the easiest for me personally to run back and forth on the carpet, felt like a workout. There is also a lot of little parts to take out and clean with little crevices that are hard to clean out. It also took a bit to figure out, as again there is quite a bit of parts to this. However I do know this is a heavy duty machine so the weight of it and all the parts is something that is inevitable but it’s something to keep in mind since not everyone is up for the maintenance. Overall for its purpose, it did a great job.

The price is very reasonable compared to the many functions it comes with. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to have been able to receive and test this product. Its a very very good shampooer, however, I dont feel its meant for big areas or entire rooms, its definitely more of a spot cleaner (I couldnt even do my entire bedroom with one tank. There are some features i dislike as well, when you push forward water and cleaner automatically come out and it only sucks up when pulling backwards, to me this seems like a huge waste of product, not being able to control how much or when the water/cleaner is coming out. With that said, i have provided before and after shampooing photos and you can definitely see how well of a job it did. I would recommend for people who have tiny areas of carpet they need to clean or for furniture (that can be used on) Also, the replacement cleaning products are a little expensive, one bottle only fills up the cleaner 1 time, so you literally only get one use out of a bottle of carpet cleaner
