Feedback based on Sam website information as of Nov 17 2025. 1 star because Sam website indicated Shark model EX304. But model received was EX234 (see attached photo). Contacted Customer service. Informed the EX304 model currently not in stock, with no estimated date for when it will be available. The main difference is the EX300 line has the HairPro feature built into the carpet cleaner, whereas the EX200 line does not. Disappointed with misleading information on Sam's website.

This is easy to handle and clean. Great help for when you have pets!

The biggest issue I have the tank for the dirt water is way to small otherwise works great

Even with other reviewers on this site and others saying that the tanks were too small but they could overlook that because of the amazing job it does cleaning, I JUST CAN'T :/ I only cleaned maybe half of the carpet in our great room and just certain areas in our bedroom and was out of the small bottle of solution that it came with. I can't even tell you how many times I had to empty/wash out the tank. If you need a workhouse to do your carpets and you want to blow through your concentrate while getting steps in running back and forth to your sink then this is the carpet cleaner for you. Just want to do area rungs, this is your cleaner. If you want to be able to do more than a small section of carpet at a time without running out of solution or having to empty the tanks THIS IS NOT YOUR CLEANER! I did like how powerful the suction is, but I just can't justify buying this...its not helpful to me but a huge hinderance :/ All cleaned up and going back...ugh.

I absolutely love this machine it deep cleans so well, brings my rugs back to looking new again. I couldn't have asked for a for no better.

The model EX304 advertised and ordered through Sams club arrived, but is actually a different model EX234. I'll probably return it because of that

Overall a good product. I expect i Will need to wash rug and area rugs a few times until water comes out clean. I do wish the surfaces were dryer to the touch. Took all day to dry. Once dry everything looked pretty good! Impressed!!!

Works really well

I bought this Carpet cleaner today because my Bissell carpet cleaner stop working some months ago. I was a little skeptical because reviews had stated the water tank was small. I really was surprised how well it cleaned, better than my previous carpet cleaner. I don’t mind that the water tank is smaller because it makes the cleaner easier to handle and I think that the smaller tank is less wear on cleaner as a whole. Even though this was a bit pricey I think it is well worth it. I love that all of the parts are actually cleanable so it doesn’t look dirty and grimy over time. There was absolutely no balls of hair from my dog to pick up after cleaning. The only downside I would say is that the hair filter is not removable and that you need a bigger bottle of the pet solution to include with the cleaner. It’s not enjoyable to have to stop and go get more cleaner to finish the job.
