The pour spout was already broken when I received it, but the plastic is the most thin piece of plastic I've ever seen in a detergent bottle. As a result the liquid made a huge mess when I poured from it the first time. We were able to remove the plastic entirely but it's still messy. Beware of you purchase this size!

The clothes end up looking or feeling cleaner, my Dad’s work clothes don’t have a musty smell, and the colors on everyone’s clothes stay intact.

I don't use standard detergents often bc I have sensitive skin and my son has eczema but I figured I'd try this on something neither of us have near our skin and it definitely cleaned it thoroughly and brightened it up.
