Purchased for use while camping. Maintaining 12volt battery system cooling my igloo cooler while out from site for extended time. Although I never drained below 40% (generator-solar) during day helped boon dock for weekend.

A Great Deal
Based on some of the 1 star reviews saying they only received the small bank, I went to the store to see if this was a real deal or a fraud. It's the real deal, a great price. As many pieces that were listed in stock were on display. Very pleased with the purchase!
Delta 3 Classic! great peace of mind!
I purchased this ecoflow Delta 3 classic a week ago. I'm a plus member fast home delivery the bonus charger was included in the Box that's a great bargain around $90 value! I did purchase the 3-year warranty for the Delta 3 classic , even though it has the 5-year warranty from the company your price for the warranty was exceptional compared to your competitor also your price for the unit was cheaper and had the bonus! I opened it right away, charged it. Then plugged in my large side by side refrigerator freezer for a test and it was able to power this for 14 hours and still had some power left on it. I unplugged it and I charged it right back up! I also own for 5 years a Delta 2 mini it could power my refrigerator for 7 hours! I just had to use that a couple weeks ago with a power outage for my sump pump and I wanted something while I was charging it to keep my sump pump running continuously so this is why I purchased the Delta 3 classic! I have a family member that has a generator and I will be taking it over there in an emergency to charge it! I am a handicap senior citizen Widow and this is bringing me great peace of mind! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

Great bang for the buck!
My biggest concern has always been having power for my refrigerator in a power outage. Thus I have been looking at getting some sort of backup power generating equipment and had been considering propane powered generators. However, the storage, noise, and possible CO dangers kept me away. Recently I have been noticing these solid state, battery operated power banks. I stumbled upon this one at one of my recent visits to Sam's Club and decided that it was a good buy. As it turned out, just a week after I bought it, we had a huge storm and power was lost. I was able to hook up my power bank to my refrigerator and it had no problems running it! Fortunately the power was restored in about an hour so I am unable to determine how long it could have run, but I am VERY Happy that I have this unit.

Fully charged and ready when needed!
The delivery was delayed due to the recent ice storm, but once the roads cleared I received my Delta 3. The small power bank was received the following day (yes, two separate deliveries). Both items were received in perfect condition, and I have both items charged and ready to go when/if needed!! :)
Missing Main Item / Customer Service lacking
Beware of this item and Sams Club distributor. The only item delivered was the magnetic charger for a mobile phone. Sams Club and the AI for customer support is not making it easy to resolve this issue. This method of delivering the incorrect item and Sams Club not taking ownership of their distributors is extremely frustrating. Buy big box items in store or from another source.

Buyer Beware
I only received the mag power bank, no echo flow. Essentially paying 450.00 for a cell phone charger. Getting this resolved has been a headache.

Delivery SCAM
I live in Hawaii. It says “delivery” then let me process and pay. Then tracked my package until the day it was supposed to arrive. Then after waiting a week, and it says delivery will occur on this day, I got a email saying delivery was cancelled. Why in ANY world would a company make you believe you are receiving a package and only cancel on the day it was supposed to be delivered. This is a sick trick by Sam’s Club and I am not happy.

Ordered multiple times, had to log into Sams Club to find they cancelled the order, no emails. Contacted customer service *multiple* times, assured the situation would be escalated. Over 10 days later, still do not have the product, no contact from Sams, and the price is now $100 more than it was.
