I really liked the ease of heating this in a skillet, letting it brown and get crispy edges. I had the skillet dry, added sliced onions and bell peppers. Charred them then put meat in other side. Quick meal, and thought it tasted good. Not a Greek pita house flavor but absolutely delicious. Cost much less and enjoyed with homemade tzatziki sauce in a toasted spinach tortilla.

It was pretty delicious for days you don't feel like cooking and just use naan bread or pita bread. I used this with the spinach white dip that was premade as well and put some cucumber and onion which gave it a great added flavor. Good deal for a quick lunch/ dinner. Easy to prepare and didnot need any extra seasonings for us

This can be cooked on the stove top or in the microwave. I used the stove top and it took less than 5 minutes to warm up! I didn't even need oil. Paired very well with pita bread, tzaziki, cucumbers, cheese and tomato. I used 3/4 of the package and made 3 pitas. Kids loved it and clean up was easy. There was no after taste that I sensed. Overall a positive experience.

Perfect amount of spiciness and the delicious after taste makes you want to eat this everyday with lots of different ways either by itself with some salad plain yogurt and sauce or in a sandwich. Great shelf life if you keep it on a good freezer and still tastes so good. Easy to store easy to cook just love the whole idea of having the frozen gyro meat

This product caused my family extreme gastrointestinal issues a few hours after consuming. One of the three of us didn't even try it until reheating it a second time the next day. Will not purchase again. I hope it was just the lot I purchased from and not all of it causing such illness. I will say it did taste great though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gyros meat is super quick and easy to heat. Makes around 6 gyros sandwiches might be more if you use less meat. The meat is pretty tasty it smells really good. As for the taste I wish it was a bit more seasoned. But its a great buy!

I had this as a sample at Sam's Club and thought it didn't taste anything like beef or lamb. Then I read the ingredients list. Are you kidding me?!? This isn't real food. Lamb makes up only 2% or less of this product! There is more salt in this than lamb. Who knew soy was now classified as a "seasoning". I've got to start reading the labels before I take samples. This is ridiculous.

The taste was very authentic. I like the two separate packages to easily make this two separate servings. The meat was good whether heated in the oven or microwave. I’m adding this to my list to purchase again! We paired it with store bought pitas, tzatziki sauce and veggies or as a salad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gyro slices were easy to prepare and made such a fast family meal. It tastes delicious and easily could pass for restaurants quality gyro meat. We had ours with garlic sauce and flat bread. Nice big two pack for more meals.
