A lot of people talk about it being cool at night , mine seems to only be cool for 5 minutes and then is just hot , I can't use a cover on it then I don't feel any cooling , which is uncomfortable for me due to my sensitive skin , which gets irritated by the ghost pillow logo embroidered largely on the protector. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone just to be able to return the pillow.

I’m 30 and I’ve had 17 surgeries, so sleep is always hard work. This pillow is fantastic! Finally found a pillow I love. I bought 2 and gave one to my fiancé and she no longer wakes up with a stiff neck or back pain. I fall asleep much faster then I ever have, and so does she. The lavender smell in the beginning is nice and not overwhelming. Been sleeping on this pillow for over two weeks now. I’m a side and back sleeper, and this pillow is fantastic for both. When on my back my head isn’t propped up and leaning forward it sinks down nicely but still has great support. When I’m on my side I have enough loft to sleep comfortably and no longer need to throw an arm under the pillow. Highly recommend these pillows! Can’t wait to purchase the bed soon!

So I’ve been using two pillows, just basic shredded memory foam. I’ve been waking up with headaches and head and neck pain. And over the past year or so I’ve become a hot sleeper (hello menopause) so I was looking for something cooler. I tried this pillow and loved it right away. I never thought I’d be a one pillow sleeper but this one is enough. It’s supportive and firm yet still soft and comfortable. And I love the outside fabric. My neck doesn’t get sweaty anymore. I’m actually using the ghost sheets too and using the pillowcase. I know they say you don’t have to use a pillowcase but I love the sheets so I wanted to. I just really love this pillow and the headaches are gone. Thank you for making this great pillow! I’ll be buying another one soon!

I had high hopes for this pillow. From the ads I saw, it looked a lot softer given how far peoples heads sank into the pillow. Due to the high loft and firmness, it tilted my head so far forward it caused me to snore. I also sweated on this pillow almost every night. :'( It is well made which is why I give it 2 stars.

The product has been a much better experience. I have tried multiple pillows in my past and no a signal one reached my expectations. This product is very comfortable, however it tends to not keep me cool all night. I have to constantly flip my pillow a couple times during my sleep

This Lux bed so far sleeps hotter then my Tempurpedic Breeze. Sleeping on it for only 5 days, and I am waking up with low back pain, which has been not a fun experience. I will keep trying, but so far not what I wanted from a bed. Your customer service teams are the best in the industry, but I am still not sold on the new bed.

The pillow smells like feces! I've left it outside in the air for more than a week, put it in the dryer with no heat, taken off the covers and washed them. We're about 6 weeks in and it's still not useable because it STILL smells like feces. I've called and written numerous times and done everything they've said including "take it outside and hit it with a stick". I have a Ghost Bed pillow that I love and didn't have any problem with. This one is useless night mare!

The pillow was infused with lavender and it smelled wonderful. I have had the pillow a while now and I can still smell the faint smell. It is a good pillow. I was getting a stiff neck on a regular basis after I got my ghost bed and this pillow helped. I would like it to be a tiny bit softer or thinner for my small neck but overall I am happy. Shipping is scary fast for the Ghostbed items I have bought.
