I have been searching for a pillow for the past 15 years since I have had neck surgery that will support my head & neck & allow me to have a restful night of sleep. I am pleased to say, your pillow is the answer to my prayer! No longer do I get awake numerous times during the night with neck pain! I feel totally rested when I get up in the morning! I can use this pillow in any sleeping position. One side is a little bit slicker, that's the phase change side. If you use it with a pillowcase advertised as phase change as well the two materials might slip on each other a bit. The fabric is nice and cool to the touch. The memory foam seems to soak up heat from your head and dissipate it moderately well. The pillow is very nice looking. Be aware you might be able to feel the embroidery through some pillow cases. This pillow has a spot on my bed and bumped a different one off to the guest room!

I was skeptical about this pillow at first, but I am now a believer. I usually don't like memory foam pillows because I like the softer, fluffy pillows, but the GhostPillow is the perfect combination of firm and soft. It molds to my head and supports my neck without being too firm. I love this pillow!

Shipping time is 3-4 WEEKS - not 5-7 days. The pillow under your head heats up close to a regular pillow within 1 hr., but the rest of the pillow is only partially heated up. The flip side of the pillow never is as cool as the opposite side ( side with embossed "GhostPillow"). Pillow is comfortable, but density occasionally causes ears to block up when sleeping on your side. Pillow needs more fill for side sleepers. I ordered 2 anticipating this issue, but was only sent one - waiting for the other to arrive so I can double up. Overall pillow is an improvement temperature wise, but you still need to flip just not as much. Pillow is good for about 4 hrs. before it is totally heated up to the extent of a regular pillow.

I was absolutely surprised at how cool my pillow keeps. I've always been a hot sleeper and would sweat in my sleep almost every night. So far out of the few weeks I've had the Ghost Pillow I've probably only sweat once or twice... and that's because i live in the heat of Arizona!

After a severe motorcycle accident i have had severe back, neck and hip. I have tried several top quality mattresses for the past 7 years and finally made the switch to the ghost bed and thank God i did because im feeling alot better in the morning and waking up more awake. I was worried because my wife likes soft mattresses but she loves it as well!!!!

I’m a back sleeper and figured I probably needed a better pillow since I started waking up with headaches every night. After using this pillow, headaches are non-existent! I never thought actually investing in a good pillow would make a big difference lol

I have always loved a "firmer" pillow. I have been a fan of the heavier down feather pillows - BUT - I was always shaking to fluff them up. THEN - I got a ghostbed pillow. LOVE - LOVE - LOVE. No fluffing - no shaking. Just a perfect pillow that keeps me sleeping like a baby.

Alrighty! So I’ve had this pillow for about a year now and I can finally put in my verdict of pros and cons. Bought a set of two. I gotta say, the first moment I laid my head down on this, I fell in love. When I was testing it pressing down with my hand, I thought it was gonna be too soft. But it is like on point just right! My girlfriend tried out same day I got it. She loved it so much she fell asleep right away. In the middle of the day! I will say this not the best pillow to lay back on if you wanna sit upright on your bed. It just flattens out too much with all my body weight. And I’m a skinny dude. But the firmness is just right to rest your head on and that’s perfectly fine by me. Dad’s birthday is coming around so looking to get a set for him as well!
