I usually sweat a lot at night, since I started using a ghostpillow I hardly sweat at all.

the pillow is very comfortable and firm as memory foam without the weight.

This has made me a believer and I've been getting plenty of rest.

I am a very hot sleeper and this pillow is nice and cold 10/10 would recommend
