Honest review, it is a little to firm for my liking. Definitely cool temp but also to firm to sleep on.

Good foam that doesn’t become flat when you sleep. Have had other memory foam pillows that fall flat in about ten minutes

It has a cool surface, that will make sleeping in hot day abit more comfortable. Thou when it first arrived it had a new car like smell to it.
