This pillow is so soft and always stays cool! It’s a refreshing change from regular pillows that go flat after using them for some time.

Out of the box, little concerned about the smell, but after a couple days did not notice it. Comfortable pillow.

I found the pillow stiff and uncomfortable. When on my back it tipped my head too far forward, and when on my side my ear would hurt after a while.
