It's more pliable than the other pillows I've had that are memory foam, it's super supportive but also not too stiff!

The pillow has some give unlike a lot of memory foam pillows which are like a brick. It is cool to the touch to keep you comfortable.

I returned the pillow approx. 1.5 weeks ago for a refund but haven't heard a word back from them. The pillow may work for some people but not for me.

But it is for me. It's rather soft and it goes down to almost flat. I like it but it's not for the firm people.

I finally found a pillow that helps me get comfortable for an amazing nights rest! My deepest sleep has been on my GhostBed pillow!!
