This is the best cool pillow I have found. I tried 6 other brands. It felt soft in my hands, but when I laid my head on it, the support was evenly distributed and gently firmer. Your choice of pillow case will determine how cool your head will feel. Too bad they don't make it in king and queen sizes. When in Arizona with 146 days over 100° you need a cool pillow.

i appreciate my fair cost memory adjustable bed by Ghostbed. I couldn't expect anything more for the price I got all the bells and whistles including an EXTREMELY comfy mattress, massage features, USB and lights. We checked out other waaaaay more pricey adjustable beds before buying this one, and were not Amazed at all considering the price, we took a chance and were happy with the purchase, the set up, durability of and such were exactly what we wanted. This bed is a fraction of the cost, but not a fraction of the quality. the bed has met the demands of both my husband and self which is hard to. I also bought the ghost pillows, its comfy, but pretty compact and a slippery kinda pillow that always seems to make it to the floor by morning.

Before i got the ghostpillow, my sleep was always broken because my head got hot all the time - and that became a huge problem. So i did some research about cooling pillows, and some expensive ones ones showed up, but they were way too expensive. Then i saw a ghostpillow ad, watched some YouTube reviews, and read up on it, because it seemed way too good to be true. I was wrong! The cooling pillow makes such a major difference, and it's so soft and comfortable, I love it so much! I slept with it for over a month, and one day i woke up with it feeling very hot. Turns out i had flipped it upside down and was sleeping on the non cooling side! The change it makes is so noticeable, and I was delighted at how affordable it was. I definitely recommend this to every hot hot sleeper out there! it's also amazing because if you ever get cold with it, you have a non cooling side ready for use whenever you want, and it simply becomes an extra comfortable memory foam pillow! I purchased one pillow thru another vendor and then contacted Ghost Pillow regarding a 2nd. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with the price. Both pillows arrived quickly and were well packaged. Two problems - smell and heat. The smell was too strong for me to use and I set them aside to dissipate the strong smell. The heat generated by the pillow, after the initial cooling effect, made them unpleasant to use and I haven't tried them again since initially using them as I set them aside due to the smell. I am a migraine sufferer and had high hopes of using them to sandwich my head due to cooling and heft. Will try again once smell is gone?

Have ordered 5 memory pillows now, this last one I received arrived with a horrible stench. I tried to remove it by washing the cover and also hand washing carefully as recommended. Did that 5x now and on different days to allow the foam to dry properly and still smells as strong as when I opened the box. Again, have bought 4 and none of those smelled like this 5th one I bought.

I have bought many pillows in hopes of finding one that would have the right support, not be be too hard or too flat , that would keep my head cool, and with stand use while keep it's original shape. I finally found it! I've slept much better since using the GhostPillow.

The “free pillows” that are sent with the ghost bed suck! They are not the actual ghost bed pillows you are led to believe. I received Nature’s Sleep ViTex pillows and they are hard as a rock. I tried to get ghostbed to send me the correct pillows that are advertised (original ghostbed pillow) but they would not. Disappointed and would not recommend!

I try not to be too skeptical when using new products but I also do my best to not give into all the hype, after using the Ghost pillow for a month I can safely say that this is a pretty comfy pillow. Although, I wouldn't call it revolutionary or even superb. My last pillow was getting extremely flat so upgrading to just about anything else would have improved my neck pain and stiffness, that being said, the Ghost pillow does feel very unique. The material used is unlike anything I have ever felt and I really do enjoy the fresh scent that a lot of the reviews seem to complain about. In fact, I am actually kind of sad that the smell is starting to slowly fade. All in all, I think the Ghost pillow is probably worth the money especially if you can manage to get the half off price... BUT, don't expect some kind of miracle pillow that will solve all of your neck and back problems.

At first , the internet page to order was not working so I was not able to order at first. I then found the # to the store and called. Customer service guy was awesome and was able to help me make my order. The process went well until Fed Ex deliver my package late. After, such a long period of waiting for my pillows. They finally were recovered I was happy to have ordered my pillows. It was nicely packed in a box and the feel when sleeping on them had made it well worth it. I am happy with my pillows.

It took a while to arrive ordering before Thanksgiving, but ended up being worth the wait. The pillow itself has a sponginess to it unlike anything else I've used which has been very comfortable and does stay reasonably cool when you first use it and for me gradually warms up over time. I'd consider it more temperature regulated than cooling, which is certainly an improvement over polyester fiber filled pillows that got downright hot after a while. Prior to this pillow I had more used to using a buckwheat hull pillow, which did in fact stay cooler for longer, but unfortunately was also causing me to have more and more allergy problems the longer I used it. Had also tried a shredded memory foam mypillow which while comfortable enough initially had the problem of all the fill getting pushed out to one or both sides during the night and kept needing to get fluffed over and over again throughout the night to stay comfortable. About the only negatives I found with the pillow which prevented me from giving it 5 stars are that the cover only has the cool-to-the-touch material on one side and that the pillow is a little on the thin side compared to most pillows that I've ever used, so it may end up taking two pillows for optimal comfort. All in all though I've found it to be a very good pillow and one that I intend on getting a second one of.
