Not able to use for our heads due to the firmness being too hard. However, great use for between knees.

Very soft and so far has held up it's shape. Very comfortable and provides great neck and head support.

The mattress was just as easy to setup as advertised. The foundation was not. It was a huge pain to actually screw together the entire thing.
