Tried bed for a week just to firm for my wife and I , did help back but shoulders hurt every morning ? If you like a firm mattress you will no doubt love it

Like many, I got a comfortable price on this pillow using Groupon. It’s soft, yet firm. I didn’t experience the overwhelming odor that some people described. There’s not a lot to say. It’s a comfortable pillow.

After 6 months the seams are falling apart. Fabric cover pills like crazy. "Cooling" effect lasts about a minute before I need to move my head. In short, save your money and find something else.

Super cool and comfortable. My only complaint would be it gets a little too flat when side sleeping. I wish the material was a little bit firmer, but overall, great pillow.

By far the best pillow I have ever owned. Had one for one night ordered another for my wife and tell everyone I know about it. Seems to be perfect shape, cushion and weight. Always returns to normal shape. Next stop is trying out the adjustable bed.

I have been using it now for a few months and it still goes back to the original size even after I fold it over. Very soft and conforms. I now have 4 of them.
