Got the pillow for my wife who has lower back and hip pain. Since using the pillow it’s helped her not be so sore in the morning. For hip and lower back pain, you might want to try this pillow.

The ghost pillow is the most supportive and comfortable pillow I’ve ever owned. I do not go on any vacations without it. After using this pillow I can not use any other.

It’s a very good pillow. Soft, thin, and firm all in one. Very interesting combination. Only issue is that even though it’s dupposed to sleep cool it gets rather hot pretty quickly.

This pillow is the most comfortable pillow I've ever had! It is bigger than most memory foam pillows and doesn't sink in too far. It holds your head at the perfect level to sleep. I highly recommend this pillow

It's decent but I miss my old mattress... I might return it its coming up on my 100 days soon and I don't wanna be stuck with a mattress I don't love. Great program though - I may try ghostbed again in the future if I return it.

It's light and gives position for head yet still is airrated. Unlike the beds though it's made in China and has a smell offset which is rather bad. I would recommend it and it has helped a lot with neck pain by just switching to this pillow.

I was VERY skeptical of the claimed cooling ability of these pillows, but have been happily convinced! The pillows always feel like they've been out in the snow all day. I ended up buying a mattress topper a couple days later to go with the pillows

I purchased the Memory Foam pillow, but also a pillow from Bear and Nest. We rotated these through some nights of use. and the GhostPillow came out on top - clearly the coolest with great support. Very happy.

This is the only pillow that helps me with my neck pain. I've tried other (more expensive pillows) and have only ended up disappointed. If you struggle with pillows, you need one of these!

Not a fan the foam is to firm. I tried it for about a week and I didn’t get any sleep. Hurt my neck,and the pillow smells god Aweful!!! Honestly super disappointed I was hoping it would improve my allready poor sleep.
