It took me a few nights to adjust to the pillow. However, I can now honestly write a review. The pillow remains cool, aligns my head & shoulders properly and supports my neck so that I wake up feeling well-rested and pain free. Thank you Nature’s Sleep for making a wonderful pillow.

We wanted to love the Ghost pillow, but unfortunately we will be returning ours. The first reason is the smell. We were hoping it would go away, but a few weeks later, it's still very noticeable. The second reason is the large stitching on the front of the pillow (which also happens to be the cooling side). The stitching is annoying and not want you want right where you lay your face. Hopefully Ghost Pillow can make some changes to improve their product!

Got the pillow and bed during a promotion. I've had both for about a month now. Straight out the box the pillow was just as described online and through video reviews. Soft with a feeling of a good support. First week went by quick, sleep with bed improved 100%. My body tends to sweat randomly wether climate is hot or cold. The pillows ventilation technology worked at its finest, not one drop of sweat. I turned around less and woke up well rested. So far the pillow and bed are doing a job well done. I’m petite while my husband is big and tall. We both find the loft of this pillow to be just right, and it has the perfect amount of squishiness and support. The cooling pillow cover is fantastic - but note that the cooling material is only on one side, which is fine since we don’t need to keep flipping this pillow throughout the night just to refluff. This truly is the best pillow we’ve ever slept on and highly recommend! However, there are still improvements to be made in order to make it even better: - Offer it in standard, queen, and king sizes because the current size may be a bit small for some. - I’m all for branding, but PLEASE put the embroidered branding on the non-cooling/back side of the pillow cover. Or better yet, put it on a tag that’s sewn into the seam of the cover so it’s out of the way. The large embroidery is HARD, and NOT COOLING, and I’m so bummed that it’s right in the middle of the pillow where I prefer to lay my head. So when my head finally starts to hurt from the hard embroidery, I unfortunately have to flip it to the non-cooling back side to sleep on... still comfy though, don’t get me wrong. - And finally, if the covers were ever improved upon, I’d love for them to be sold separately as replacement covers. Thanks for a comfy pillow, and hence a better night’s sleep!

Decent squish and comfy. The embroidered branding in the center of the pillow shows straight through my white pillow cases. I generally dislike having logos everywhere, and it does irk me to see a nicely made bed with logos prominently display at the top. I can flip them, but it should not have to think about it or do it. Taking off a star for too much branding.

I've had another pillow for 5 years that was one of a kind when I bought it. I was having neck pain/soreness every morning and groggy. After getting my GhostPillow, I felt better and better. No soreness, pain, or early morning headaches. I don't toss and turn anymore like I used to. It has a scent to it, but it goes away after a couple weeks. I put another pillow case on it and didn't mind it.

ghostbed pillow. with great intentions, the great looking embroidered name can be felt through the pillow case. unfortunately the pillow is not the same cooling material on both sides. i do not understand how nobody has noticed this! i would buy without the embroidery on the pillow.

I buy new pillows every few months, looking for something that’s comfortable without being too hard or soft. Until the Ghost pillow, I figured that the “perfect” pillow didn’t exist. I stumbled upon the Ghost pillow while searching online and I read countless reviews before I finally settled on trying it. It arrived quickly and I’ve been blissful ever since. Not only is it the coolest looking pillow, it’s the best pillow I’ve ever slept on. It’s definitely worth a try.

Happy overall with the pillow, It's, cooling is great the weight is nice and it has a little bit of bounce to it which you don't normally get with memory foam. Only down side is the embroidered logo on the cooling cover, It's stiff and I can feel it even under a pillow case. It just serves no purpose and detracts from the comfort, and the pillow would have gotten 5 stars from me if it wasnt for the logo on it.

The pillow is nice and not to firm or soft for me. The only part I dislike is the gigantic ghost pillow logo on the case that you can also feel through your pillow case you put over it. The logo is big pretty hard and uncomfortable, how dumb. Who is they advertisement/logo even for? I’ve already bought the pillow I know what I have
