Excellent. Not the standard egg crate from a discount store. Well worth the money. My wife and I have an expensive comfortable mattress, but we're pushing 67 with aches and pains, and shoulder hip and knee issues from working hard all these years. This has been a blessing. topper quality is B- at best. The advertisement for "lightning fast delivery" is a joke. Also very poor communication on shipment progress after the order was placed. Had to contact support 3 times for updates and info received was not accurate. IMO the product is overpriced...

I wanted to use the mattress for a while before I wrote a review. At first, I wasn't sure if it was too soft or too hard. Now having slept on it for 30 days, I find that it is very comfortable. It hasn't cured my back but it also hasn't made it any worse either. I am glad I purchased this mattress and would purchase again if I needed. Hope it lasts for a long time.

I was hesitant about both the mattress in a box as well as an adjustable base, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. Everything advertised has been true and the quality of the product was much better than I expected. Now, sleep is a restful experience instead of the chore it had become. Couldn't be happier with both products.

After reading all the reviews on how comfortable this bed was I was convinced so I bought it. I love the adjustable base and everything about it but the bed is way to firm For my likings. I will probably be sending the bed back after the 30 days. I need something more plush.

We needed a new mattress desperately and in a whim decided to go ahead and get the adjustable base bundle with the 3D Matrix mattress. Best decision ever! We love it Installation of the frame was super easy. The mattress has been a life saver. I am finally sleeping well and not waking up with terrible hip and shoulder pain. My husband is a hot sleeper and loves that it sleeps cool.. We will definitely be upgrading the rest of the beds in our house with ghostbeds.

The bed is extremely comfortable. I have the split king adjustable. I have a story…My 9 yr old granddaughter came to visit for ten days. She loved the bed. She slept with me and one night while I was sleeping she put me in TV mode….well needless to say I woke up to a historical girl laughing. Yes I love the adjustable bed I can hit book mode and it’s perfect for reading. Can’t say enough good things it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever had!

Delivery was fast and I was able to pull the box into the house (heavy). I am a 56 year old woman. I was able to put the base together myself and about 20 minutes was able to lay down. The functions are usually only found on much higher priced models. I am thrilled with the purchase and feel like I got a great bargain too.

I have liked this bed set for the most part. I love the different features and settings it has. The biggest drawback is that each mattress moves during the night, which creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The mattresses have to be pushed back into place every morning.

Real nice, comfortable and cool mattress topper. We really love it. Shipping was a little slow at about a month but I think that was due to some labor shortages. Anyway, wherever mattress toppers got their reputation for being warm this topper has nothing to do with them. It’s really nice and comfy. We’ll worth the price.
