When I opened the box, the straps that were suppose to hold the motors etc in place were broken. All the washers were broken. They sent 8 replacement washers for me to replace myself. With no directions! Definitely not for a short legged person. Require 2 steps to get in. Would be great if it had shorter legs.

Loving my Ghostbed adjustable base. As someone who needs to elevate the head of the bed for medical reasons, this is exactly what I needed, and I am already experiencing huge benefits in symptom control and better sleep. The added benefit is from the massage feature which is amazing! I highly, highly recommend this bed especially for anyone suffering from GERD or Sleep Apnea! It was so easy to set up and the controls are user friendly after a short learning period. And the price was so reasonable compared to other products, and as I already had a great mattress, I only needed to purchase the base. I wish I had gotten it years ago!

I have been looking at adjustable bases for some time. I happened to need a new mattress also. With my research I chose the split king adjustable base with the flex mattress. I absolutely love it!! Back pain was gone immediately! I am in love with the zero gravity setting! Set-up was seamless and really couldn’t be made easier! Shipping was fast! I was a little uneasy about buying a mattress sight unseen.... but this purchase was one of my best ever!!! Very Happy

I did a lot of research and the GhostBed adjustable base was the perfect choice. The base has so many features. My husband and I absolutely love our bed! It has help so much with back pain. I know can sleep in a comfortable position. They fixing forget anything, even down to the flashlight on the remote.

The bed and mattress are great, easy to assemble. The mattress is very comfortable and I'm getting the best sleep I've had for years. The only thing wrong is I should have bought a double as I find the single a little narrow. I would buy another and recommend others to buy one. Very friendly staff.

We liked the adjustable bed, split king, but not so much the mattress. Also the mattresses do NOT stay together, tied the frames posts together, so have to adjust them every other day which gets very old. I believe best option would be corner brackets like some others have. We got the Ghostbed Flex mattress and they are hot to sleep on. I have woken several nights very hot but did not on previous mattress. Will return mattresses or swap out. I liked the idea of foam with coil for firmer support and side sitting. The adjustable frame works very well other than the split king does not stay together leaving gaps in the middle. Would I buy again, yes on adjustable frame.

When my wife suggested getting an adjustable bed I told her that’s for older people. However, after sleeping in it for the past month I can’t for the life of me understand why we didn’t purchase one earlier. It is by far the most comfortable and convenient bed we’ve ever owned. It is on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for and then some. The sales associates were knowledgeable and courteous. The delivery was oddly fast for such a large package. Set up was easy. The after sales team were on point. The adjustable base is solid and the mattresses are perfect for us, about 6.5 out 10 firmness. If you are looking to upgrade sleep, this is it.

I am enjoying my new Ghost Bed and Base a lot so far! Its been great for my back which was in a lot of pain for a long period of time on my last King size mattress which had become too soft to sleep on over time!' Was involved in a bed car wreck ten years ago that messed me up pretty bad and haven't been able to sleep much at night due to constant tossing and turning. Titanium rods and screws from the waist down made it hard to lay in any position. This adjustable base and the Queen Luxe have took me from taking 5 hours to fall asleep, to passing out before the 30 minute massage function has completed.
