Could not be happier! We were a little skeptical about buying a mattress online since you can't feel it before you purchase it. We took a leap of faith and we absolutely love our adjustable ghost bed flex! We even bought a second one for another room. Delivery was fast and effortless. Set up was pretty easy, requires two people. No break-in period, we were comfortable as of the first night's sleep.

The bundle was a great deal and the adjustable base is amazing, I purchased the luxe mattress because it was said to be the coolest mattress in the world, I am still getting used to it but so far not to bad and I will say I sleep a little cooler than I used to but not a lot. The pillows are way to soft for me should have ordered 4. The sheets are really nice and comfortable. I gave it 5 stars because of the price still not 100% sure on the mattress purchase would probably give it a 3 at the moment because I was expecting a really cool and softer bed.

Everything is really good. My only issue was the shipping. The pillows and sheets arrived first, 3 days later the mattress showed up. Finally after about a week the adjustable base came. It’s comfortable. So I gave 4 stars, but I’m glad I didn’t take the old bed down before I got the first delivery..

I bought the luxe mattress and the adjustable frame bundle about a month ago. I have found that the mattress offers good support while still remaining "cushy" and comfortable, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The adjustable frame, while offering the usual head and leg adjustment, also includes some very useful features which I didn't think I would use, but now do, such as under bed, lighting and an integrated flashlight in the remote. The pre-programmed modes for the frame on the remote are very useful and include reading mode, TV, watching mode, and a zero gravity mode along with the OneTouch go flat button; all of which I have found very useful. Of course, it also includes the individual manual head and leg adjustment features as well. The massage feature seems to be greater on the top portion of the mattress than on the bottom. I have yet been unable to sufficiently judge the cooling capacity of the mattress sense I have had to put a waterproof mattress protector on the mattress due to an ill pet. I think the mattress will be much cooler once I am able to remove this protector, and I will try to remember to update this review after doing so. Overall, I am very happy with the mattress and the frame, and I have been sleeping comfortably from the first night onward.

First of all, if you can’t tell yet, shipping was ridiculous. It took about a month and a half to receive. They told me it was because “someone posted a review on TikTok about it and it just sold out”. I have yet to find such a video but whatever. I called several times and they could never tell me where it was at. You’d think they’d at least be able to offer some form of shipping update, but they just kept telling me they don’t know when it’ll ship. The topper itself is okay. There’s not any sort of “strap” that keeps it in place like the description says. It also came with the mattress protector, which is okay but slippery so my sheets move all over the place. I am a warm sleeper. This is not a “cooling” topper in any way. I do find me getting pretty hot on the middle of the night which is a little frustrating. The best part about the topper is that I can finally sleep on my left side again due to sciatica caused during my pregnancy. I haven’t been able to sleep on that side for years. This does take the pressure off my hips. So while it makes me sweat so much, at least I’m not waking up from the pain in my hip. I do think it’s overpriced.

We love our Bed! We bought the Split King with the Twin XL Luxe Mattresses. So much better than expected. We went from a Tempurpedic Cal King (older) that was hot. Did I say hot? I mean I was waking up on fire every night until we made the decision to go with a new Ghostbed. I am now sleeping through the night. So comfortable. This Split King could be the key to a happy marriage. My husband tends to stay up late with his bed inclined into the wee hours, while I fall asleep earlier with a slight head tilt and the massage feature on high. It is seriously luxury and not in any way does it have the feeling of two beds pushed side by side. We were worried about that, but we are just as close as always. We did splurge and get the Ghost Sheets and there are no regrets. We love everything about this bed. If you have read this far, you are like me and read every review before every purchase; buy it. Best decision we made in a long time. The price is fair with the bundle and the Luxe mattress fits our comfort level perfectly. It is seriously the Goldilocks bed...just right!

I am still recovering from back surgery and my old bed was so painful in the past and while on the mend. I researched adjustable beds in consumer magazine recommendations and Ghostbed was always in the top five as far as comfort and price. So, I went to the website and discovered the Ghostbed bundle that included the bed, a sheet set, pillows, and, believe it or not, a Ghostbed tee shirt. I love the whole set. When I had a problem with the set-up, I called the company and the support solved my problem politely and immediately.

I'd get this for the adjustments, nothing else. The massage stuff is pretty weak, more like vibrations, and they only put an LED strip down the bottom half of the base, which seems incredibly cheap and disingenuous given all the photos I see show illumination across the length of the base.

We have a very firm bed because that’s what my husband likes. I do not like pillow tops because I get hot. Therefore the firm bed is not comfortable enough for me to sleep on. The mattress topper has made it perfect for me. I’m no longer hot and I am comfortable! It’s been years trying to find the right bed. I’m 65 and finally love crawling into bed :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent the extra for the NATURAL Ghost bed, so I was so disappointed when the mattress had a strong chemical smell. I have had it for 4 weeks now, and the smell is still not gone. We aired it out, then every couple days I strip the bed, open the windows and try to air it out. I sleep with a very thick comforter next to the mattress, covered by a thick mattress pad to try to keep the smell away from me while I sleep. If it was going to have these fumes anyway, I wish I would have gone with a regular ghost bed. This one bunches badly when you have the head raised. The bed was advertised to arrive in 2-5 days, but it took 15 days. I thought I was getting 2 free ghost pillows, but none were included. My daughter has a Ghost Bed that she loves, so I was pretty surprised with all these issues.
