I researched as many brands of toppers I could and decided on the GhostBed topper for my wife and I. Really loved the different sections of the topper and what they did. Ordering was easy, and we received in a few days. I opened and let it expand, while I was doing other things. When I went back to look at it, it looked nothing like what was described, not even close. I called in and was told to send pictures including the tag from the topper cover and it would go to their warranty department. Almost a week went by with no response so I called and was told the warranty department denied my "claim" and said the topper could be slightly different based on where is was made. So I would not be receiving a refund. I didn't want a refund, just the topper to be correct. I totally get "slightly" but what I got was nowhere close. It's like ordering a pair of khaki pants, knowing you might get a version of khaki but getting a pair of black pants instead! I am extremely disappointed in this product and how it is shown and what I received. I'm not one to make a fuss out of things but this really has irritated me. I know the company doesn't care, and that's fine, but it's very poor business. They could have made me one of those people who praised their product but instead, do not buy it. See the pictures I have attached and make your own conclusions. Clearly not even in the same ball park from what i got and what they represent.

I have severe back problems, pain, and because of this I don't sleep very well. Since I have been sleeping on my Ghostbed 3D Matrix mattress and adjustable bed, I am sleeping through the night! I am able to adjust my sleep position to adapt to where my pain is. So far, I am so very happy with my purchase and I will recommend this product to my friends!! Love it!!!

We were happy with the adjustable bed. Its durable and smooth when lifting. The extra features of LED lights and remote are nice. The only thing that would make it better would be more precise options for head and feet adjustment instead of all or nothing.

I absolutely love my bed with the adjustable base!! The ghostbed mattress is so comfortable and helps ease my back pain. Since I purchased the bed i have felt more relaxed, less pain, and reduced swelling in my ankles. I enjoy being able to use the extra features such as the massage and the light under the bed to see at night without turning the bedroom light on. The installation was pretty easy but takes two people because the base is heavy. When I first received the mattress i was skeptical because it looked thin but once i cut open the plastic it inflated to normal size and is very comfortable. Only concern i have was i thought there was a cooling technology within the mattress because i get hot flashes every night and have to sleep with the fan on but other than that it is great. Thank you!!

Love my new ghost bed! Love the tv feature as well as the sleep feature really the only two I use, the lighting underneath is extremely handy in the middle of the night and the USB ports under the bed are Awesome! I love the track lighting underneath the bed if I want a different feel in my room. I love everything about my new bed I should have bought one sooner!

All in all, we like our GHOSTBED. Customer service is a bit lacking. We ordered a split king, set up was easy. We were sent the wrong size on one of the mattresses, but it was replaced. The bed is comfortable and sleeps cool , which I like. My snoring is less on the ‘sleep’ setting position, a plus for my husband.

I haven't slept this good ever! It took a couple of days to get use to the new mattress. But now I am loving it! I have RLS "restless leg syndrome" and for some reason... Having my legs elevated with the massage on seems to help It! I am very happy with the adjustable base. We got the split King and we don't wake each other up when getting into or out bed. The bundle was a great price for every thing that we got with it.

I truly LOVE my new bed! My grandchildren love it to. They love using my room during the day while watching TV. I have an autoimmune disorder which causes me to have acid reflux when I am sleeping. No more worries with the adjustable base. The Head-to-toe bundle was a great find. I have told everyone about the GostBed company. The financing was simple and very affordable. I purchased a split king setup and both my wife and I love the power bases along with our 3D matrix mattresses and Ghost Bed pillows. The bases are smooth, quiet and very sturdy. With our bed being a split king we do not have any sliding around of our mattresses like I have heard from others that have different split king setups. The remote is great all buttons are backlit with a built in flashlight which comes in handy. The present buttons are awesome and I love the one touch flat button when you are ready to go to sleep. The massage features are ok but I didn’t purchase my bed or bases for that. I have also tried other competitors bases at retail stores and I really wasn’t impressed with their massage feature either. The under bed LED lights are bright and work great. Setup is super easy and there is an instructional video on the Ghost Bed website. You should absolutely have another person help you with positioning the bases inside of a bed frame if that is going to be your setup. All in all this is a great power base system and the value for the quality and features are unmatched. I have and continue recommend Ghost Bed products to my family and friends.

I purchased two Twin XL frames for a King size set up. The base is well made a very easy to set up. Basically you screw on the legs and slide a pin in to place and you're done. The motors work well and make a slight humming noice when operated. The remote offers several preset positions, two memory buttons you can program, and an infinite amount of adjustments for head and legs independently. The side USB charging stations built in are a nice addition, as is the flashlight button on the remote. The bed also has under bed lights which you can turn on via the remote to light your way if you need to get up in the middle of the night. It's a nice feature for safety and also will not disturb your sleeping partner. Why only 4 stars? Well, the remote has many button so it's not easy to figure out in the dark. Although it lights up you need to hit s button to illuminate it. It would be great if it lit up when moved like my tv remote. Also, the under bed lights should be motion censor activated. If you step out of bed the lights should come on. Instead you need to grab the remote and try to locate that specific button. Lastly, the legs have hard plastic bottoms. I'd prefer something softer especially on my hardwood floor. That can be addressed with an aftermarket pad which they can sit on for very little cost. I suppose these issues are very minor, but still some room for improvement. Overall I like the adjustable base a lot. It certainly makes watching tv, using an electronic device or reading in bed much more comfortable. In fact, my back and body seem much more relaxed with my head and feet slightly elevated versus laying flat. I would highly recommend and would purchase again.
