It was so easy to set up! The adjustable base is quieter than our old sleep number bed. The timed massage feature is nice. The flashlight on the remote is handy. The USB ports are not that accessible. We got the flex mattress and my husband loves his. It would be nice if they offered shorter bed legs. Another company offers 6” bed legs. Customer service was spotty. Some of the representatives were great, some incompetent. On the whole we are satisfied and would probably order from them again.

I bought this for my grandfather who needed help sitting up and down in a bed and also getting comfortable while he was very sick. The joy this bed brought him was amazing. He learned the controls easy, and was happy he could change his position without having to call for help. He compared it to an at home hospital bed, but with a couple extra features (like the massager and underneath lighting). When it arrived (queen size) we picked it up from outside and brought it up to the bedroom. Although it was considerably heavy, it was very sturdy. Setting it up (installation) was quite easy to complete. It only took about 10-15 minutes once unwrapped. I didn’t like that some of the cords appeared loose underneath the bed, but it is underneath and no one would ever see it. I put the batteries in and it started working instantly with their old mattress. It was perfect! The one thing I would recommend to GhostBed, add a wrist wrap feature for the elderly/sick so they won’t continuously lose the remote. That was the only thing I had to continually help grandpa do. It wouldn’t be useful for most, but that extra option would be nice. Or maybe a wall/furniture holder? (I didn’t see one but it doesn’t mean it isn’t an option!)

The adjustable base has changed my life for the better! When I was deciding on which mattress to purchase, I was not sure the adjustable base would be worth the cost. I decided to splurge and get the adjustable base. I'm so glad I did. It gives you so many options to adjust your head and feet. After working a long, hard day, I can't wait to lay in the 'zero g' position. It takes all the pressure off my lower back and helps me sleep like a baby. If you're on the fence about if the adjustable base is worth the money....give it a try. I think they have a money back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose!

I replaced a traditional king-size mattress (quite firm) and box springs with a king-size GhostBed Flex mattress and Adjustable Bed Frame. A key component in my decision making was the ability to have White Glove Delivery since the old mattresses needed to be removed and the new frame and mattress installed on the second floor of a townhouse. Apparently GhostBed had only recently entered into an arrangement with a third-party provider for the installation and delivery, and that did not go as smoothly as expected. The first delivery was aborted because the delivery crew’s directions did not specify installation. A call to GhostBed the next day identified the problem and a new delivery was scheduled a week later (due to availability). This time, the crew was prepared to install, but apparently had not been trained on how to install. They did not use the directions, were not aware that the frame had to be synched for a king mattress, and were not completely COVID compliant. Two requests had to be made before one of the crew members pulled his mask up over his nose. However, they did eventually get the mattress and frame installed and cleaned up well. I only have two weeks of experience so far sleeping on the bed, but I am finding it perfect so far. The mattress is very comfortable, form fits to my body, yet does not feel too soft, and the adjustable frame is more quiet than I was expecting. I think I need more time to be completely sure, but thus far, I am very happy with my product decision.

The Ghostbed flex mattress and Adjustable base size queen.. i gave hip issues so needed a better bed. Ordered and received in a timely manner. Setup was pretty easy but you will definitely need more than 1 person to setup. Pros: many adjustments on the bed, the flashlight on remote, the lights underneath, comfortable mattress. Cons: my sheets pop off a lot when using the Adjustable base in the TV position. This was helped by ordering some of those sheet elastic clips. Also, the massage feature is kinda weak and just a vibration. After 1 week the base seems to have lost some of its strength when lying in bed and trying to adjust the head. Would definitely recommend the flex mattress but still not so sure the Adjustable base was a good buy.

I love my Ghostbed. It was very easy to set up and works perfectly. For the price and what you get, it is the best you could get on the market. It helps relieve many problems you may have while sleeping. The remote, I think, is easy to use and shows exactly what you need to put the bed in a position that makes you comfortable. I got the Classes mattress. It is very comfortable. The sheets are wonderful. Although the pillows are a little to high for my neck, they stay cool all night. I was looking for a great bed at a reasonable price and I found it in the Ghostbed!

I’ve spent a lot of time in hospital beds and never thought of them as comfortable. My preconceived idea of the split king ghost bed was just that...a glorified hospital bed. Not even close. This bed is so comfortable and I love being able to preset a bed position for reading and sleeping. I slept so deep from the second night on. I really wish I would have purchased before my last surgery. I was told to sleep elevated for a couple weeks and life would have been so much more comfortable if I had this bed. Not to mention trying to get out of bed. Even my son laid on it for awhile and didn’t want to get out. I wish there was a showroom in Minnesota but I was lucky to have a good friend who offered to let me try out her Ghost Bed. I would definitely purchase again.

The ghost bed luxe with the adjustable base is the best bed I have ever owned. I have pressure point problems and since I purchased the luxe mattress that problem has gone away. I can sleep in any position that I need to every night. I would highly recommend this combo to anyone! I have slept on a spring mattress all of my life and this is the first none spring mattress and adjustable base that I have ever purchased or slept on and I would not trade it for anything!!!!!

My parents got this for me and my partner. I wasn't convinced it would do much but after two weeks, I notice a definite improvement in my quality of sleep. I used to be a very light sleeper. Coupled with my partner's snoring, i wasn't getting much sleep and wouldn't wake up refreshed. The ghost bed feels like i'm sleeping in a cocoon and I've been sleeping dead straight through the night. His snoring doesn't bother me anymore either which is truly a miracle. The only con is that there is a plastic-y smell on the topper when you first open, and it's taking its sweet time to go away. Two weeks later, and I still get a whiff of it from time to time. It is slowly going away, but takes some time. I was also impressed with the cover that comes with it. Just a few days after getting this, our dog peed on the bed. The cover stopped it from seeping through to the topper though. The topper was completely dry! Full transparency, I am receiving a coupon for this review. We love our Bed! We bought the Split King with the Twin XL Luxe Mattresses. So much better than expected. We went from a Tempurpedic Cal King (older) that was hot. Did I say hot? I mean I was waking up on fire every night until we made the decision to go with a new Ghostbed. I am now sleeping through the night. So comfortable. This Split King could be the key to a happy marriage. My husband tends to stay up late with his bed inclined into the wee hours, while I fall asleep earlier with a slight head tilt and the massage feature on high. It is seriously luxury and not in any way does it have the feeling of two beds pushed side by side. We were worried about that, but we are just as close as always. We did splurge and get the Ghost Sheets and there are no regrets. We love everything about this bed. If you have read this far, you are like me and read every review before every purchase; buy it. Best decision we made in a long time. The price is fair with the bundle and the Luxe mattress fits our comfort level perfectly. It is seriously the Goldilocks bed...just right!
