The bed bases arrived for the split king and while the directions indicated how simple it would be, I was skeptical. Less than an hour later, I had moved it upstairs, unpackaged, assembled, removed all the packaging and had a functional bed base for my king size bed that fit perfectly inside my existing bed frame. After sleeping on it now for about a week, I can honestly say that I wish I had done it when I first discovered GhostBed online! My sleep has improved as has my comfort level. Awesome!

The beds arrived with the white glove delivery. There were no instructions, not even a note telling where to find them online. Luckily the men who came to install them had some experience. The foot of one bed will not operate. I waiting on a technician to call and schedule a repair. There where were issues with the delivery schedule but the people at ghost bed handled that quickly.

I expected a little more from this since the price was not the cheapest one out there. The motion is louder than I expected! The massage feature is okay but if you are paying extra to have this feature do not waist you money. It is not very strong and could have more options. Over all it is just okay. Not bad but not top of the line either.

We bought the king mattress and had to wait for the powerbase. (~3 weeks) Mattress on box springs was "ok" sleep. I guess our 14 yr old Sealy wasn't totally shot.! Anyway.. once our powerbases showed up, and we got them installed, sleepy time went up a few notches - thank you ""zero-g" setting.! The bed now feels weird when "flat", I can't imagine sleeping without a powerbase.!

The topper is very comfortable, and the included cover fits both the topper and mattress. Maintains comfortable sleeping temperature so far (summer has not yet come). Very comfortable. Ordering process not seamless, had to follow up several times to get order placed, but then arrived quickly.

I think the mattress topper is very comfortable. Unfortunately even with the cooling cover it makes me sweat at night. Also the cooling cover is slick so our sheets don’t stay on. We kept it because it is comfortable. We bought some clips to keep the sheets on and I sleep with the fan on now.

Great price on the bundle and we're enjoying the mattress but with the 101 night warranty to be sure , we've decided to try a softer version - the Ghost 3D Matrix...I read a couple of reviews that says it's really great for people with back pain (unfortunately, that's me & the husband). Great customer service & I'm looking forward to working with them on the upgrade!!

I love our new adjustable GhostBed! It has helped my back pain tremendously. With the touch of a button I can easily adjust the bed to a comfortable position for reading, watching TV or sleeping. The massage feature is very calming. The bed was very easy to install. The night light is a nice feature as are the USB ports on both sides of the bed. Shipping was extremely fast! I received the bed about two days after I ordered it!

We are very pleased with the bed in general. The mattress is so comfortable and gives a good night's rest. The one complaint about the design of the base and should be looked into, is that one gets moved away quite far from the bedside table when the headrest is raised. There are some other products that have managed to keep the headrest closer to the backboard while in the raised position. A patient would struggle to reach medications/water etc while in the raised position in the Ghostbed. If you should ever make this change, I would certainly want to exchange my base for that design. Love this topper! This is the 2nd one we’ve bought. The topper adds height & comfort to our bed. I have hip bursitis & my husband has back problems. Sleeping is sometimes not so comfortable for either of us. This topper is such a help in alleviating that discomfort for both of us. We are both very happy & grateful for this topper!
