The answer: NO; it’s a luxury you didn’t know you needed until your first night in your brand new GhostBed Luxe. I was attracted to GhostBed due to the cooling technology and always being hot when sleeping for 35 years or my life. When I heard about GhostBed I thought it was a bunch of marketing lies hyped up and was simply too good to be true. Then they talked me into the adjustable base frame that I really didn’t think I needed, but no joke, I have never slept better in my entire life and I don’t know how I made it 35 years without one!! Now I’m cool AND more comfortable.l than I’ve ever been. Thank you GhostBed!!

All in all, we like our GHOSTBED. Customer service is a bit lacking. We ordered a split king, set up was easy. We were sent the wrong size on one of the mattresses, but it was replaced. The bed is comfortable and sleeps cool , which I like. My snoring is less on the ‘sleep’ setting position, a plus for my husband.

Waited 2 months for the King sized topper. Very disappointed in the product. Does not stay cool, around 2” thick at best, more like 1 1/2 “ thick. Very cheaply made product, that we paid twice as much for than the Molecule. Web site says 10 to 15 days to ship, took around 60 days. No test trial or return on this product, I knew why as soon as I open it and saw how thin it was. Using on top of a brand new extra firm Sterns and Foster, to give a pillow top with cooling. Will be replacing as this is not the answer for someone who has had back surgery.

Well, can't believe I fell for the information provided on website, sucker born every day. Yes, I read information that stated your pad may not be same as pictured, but I also read what the different design patterns were to accomplish. Pray tell, how would that be accomplished if pattern nothing like what was quoted on website. Then they provide a mattress cover made of material that traps heat, interesting. Bogus countdown of sale prices also, been counting down since early July. Shame on me, waste of hard earned money. Lesson learned.

It was so easy to set up! The adjustable base is quieter than our old sleep number bed. The timed massage feature is nice. The flashlight on the remote is handy. The USB ports are not that accessible. We got the flex mattress and my husband loves his. It would be nice if they offered shorter bed legs. Another company offers 6” bed legs. Customer service was spotty. Some of the representatives were great, some incompetent. On the whole we are satisfied and would probably order from them again.

I've been wanting an adjustable bed for years and finally got one. The mattress is very nice, firm but with enough give to be very comfortable. If you like a mattress that swallows you up, this may not be for you. The adjustable base is great for reading in bed, whish I do every night. The under-bed lighting is cool for when you need to get up at night for something, and the flashlight feature is great as well! I only used the massage a few times, it's okay but not as strong as I hoped. This was not a main criteria in my selection, so not too worried about it! The only negative I have seen, is sometimes the preset adjustments don't work unless you go back to flat mode first. When I go from reading directly to zero gravity, it doesn't seem to get it right. If I go flat first, it seems to do it. I hope this is not an indicator of upcoming issues with the base! Overall, I love it so far. The adjustable base is awesome!

We purchased split king platform, 3D matrix mattresses, mattress covers and sheets. Finally all are set up. Result? Stinkin fabulous!!!! We love our complete set up!!!! So cozy!!! Will update when I have a chance to monitor husband snoring!!! So far, great though! If I raise him snoring is less! Just haven’t had time to play around. Only thing platform is missing.., a side roll out if spouse really snoring:rolling_eyes:!!!

The bundle was a great deal and the adjustable base is amazing, I purchased the luxe mattress because it was said to be the coolest mattress in the world, I am still getting used to it but so far not to bad and I will say I sleep a little cooler than I used to but not a lot. The pillows are way to soft for me should have ordered 4. The sheets are really nice and comfortable. I gave it 5 stars because of the price still not 100% sure on the mattress purchase would probably give it a 3 at the moment because I was expecting a really cool and softer bed.

The best bed I’ve ever slept on!!! I’ve have some back issues and this bed is a miracle worker, I’m not waking up all not long and having to get up and walk around. This bed takes the pressure off my back and it’s been amazing to get a full nights sleep. We got the head to toe bundle package and I never thought that I would use the adjustable head and feet, now I don’t think I could sleep without it. I would highly recommend this bed.

I spent a small fortune on a sleep number adjustable bed frame and mattress for my mom and a tempur pedic adjustable bed frame and mattress for my husband and myself. I bought the adjustable ghost bed frame and mattress for my guest room. When my husband was sick I slept in the ghost bed and WOW! It was awesome!!! I could have saved a TON of money on these adjustable bed frames and mattresses if I had originally bought the Ghost Bed instead of sleep number or tempur pedic. Ghost bed even gave me sheets and pillows with my order. That didn’t happen with the other two. Save yourself money and time. Buy GhostBed which is not only awesome but is made in the US!!!
