MOLD ISSUES -I’m upset about the design of this product. We clean right after each use. I noticed nasty mold. I’m allergic to mold. I’ve tried everything to clean this and for the money spent on this is ridiculous with how it gets trapped in the creases. This product should have a recall! Very upset for price paid now can’t use the machine due to mold trapped will not come out of the creases. I’ve used a waterpiker wasn’t successful My rating is low due to poor quality of making of the machine.

I had been debating about buying this, finally decided to get it. My husband and I are really enjoying this and it will be great this summer! Easy to use and clean, can't wait to enjoy frozen drinks this summer.

Have tried 7 times using simple hawaiian punch and motor stalls every time. This machine is brand new out of the box.

Best kitchen appliance ever purchased this thing has its own space on my counter and is used on an almost daily basis phenomenal slushy’s phenomenal alcoholic slushy easy to clean easy to prepare. Thanks ninja great job.

Had this slushie a month now and we are enjoying it so much. From slushies to frappe to milkshakes. Everything has turned out so well and it's easy to use and to clean. Great investment that we will enjoy for a long time

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves it. It is accessible for her to use. The ease of using it is great. Works great. We have tried Tea, juice, Frozen drinks....love it all. And the clean up is pretty easy also.

I got this as an early birthday gift and I absolutely love it. There is a little trial and error with certain recipes, but with the recipe book of tips and tricks and multiple online forums it’s easy to overcome.

I bought this for my mom and few weeks ago. She's used it about once a week to make a juice slush. Very yummy and easy to make. My husband helps her clean it up and they say that's pretty easy too.

Just love my Ninja SLUSHI!!! Had to try it immediately upon receipt and I could not believe how easy it is to use. The clean up process is quick and easy as well. Would highly recommend!
