I bought this a few weeks ago and I have loved it. I have made so many different drinks in it and it always comes out yummy. It is easy to set up, find a recipe, make a recipe, serve, and clean. It is easy to pour in a pre-made mix, press two buttons, and have a drink ready while doing minimal work.

Mold! We called about the water getting trapped and creating mold and we were told to purchase a replacement. When I asked if this issue had been resolved/fixed, the person just repeated that I could purchase a replacement. Asked again and got the same response. So does this mean I can purchase a replacement and it will probably do the same?

We got one has a gift, then gifted my mom & stepdad one for their 20th anniversary. It's great. We've made, piña coladas, margaritas, and root beer floats so far. The kids love the root beer floats. You can adjust the temperature settings and that changes the thickness of the slushy. Can't wait to try milkshakes!!

The machines temperature setting goes no higher than 3 even if I set it all the way up. The first 3 light go solid, but anything about that just stays flashing. The freezing cylinder seems to cycle on and off. I tried to make a milkshake, but it doesn't get any thicker than cold chocolate milk.

I loved my Ninja slushi but it just stop working on me. I went to use it and it wouldn’t do anything. I got it for Christmas last year. I been trying to find my email to see when the warrant goes out on it but I couldn’t find it. My cousin is still working but mine will not do anything. I have a few Ninja items so this is my first bad review on this company.

I’ve used the Ninja Slushi a few times now and while there is a bit of a learning curve, I will say I’m overall very impressed!!! We made frozen margaritas. The learning curve is knowing how much water versus alcohol to feed into the machine to make the correct consistency. Fortunately there’s plenty of recipes and how to’s online! One other thing I will say is that it is very easy to clean! When I buy one of these appliances I usually end up shelving them because it’s too complicated to clean. This is a breeze with just a few simple pieces. Finally, it has a small footprint which is great because I have found a spot to nestle it into my kitchen! When something is put away you’re less likely to use it so that’s a plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend. The travel tote is perfect to take to parties. I can’t wait to make other fun drink recipes!!

Love, love, love this machine. I have always wanted one. The beverage you want to slush must contain sugar otherwise it will slush. It's in the science of the machine. We tried with zero sugar beverages. You CANNOT slush a beverage with zero sugar. We tried and it doesn't work. Adding sugar to a zero soda, the result was more like a snow cone. If you want to slush a soda, use regular soda. For non-carbonated beverages, we started with a lemonade zero and added sugar. Adding sugar to a zero non-carbonated beverage produced a slushie. Next, we mixed in Mike's Hard Lemonade into the lemonade slushie and voila we had a mike's slushie. It is fun experimenting with beverages. I would definitely recommend this item to family and friends.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it! I’m a frozen coke addict and having this machine has made my life so much easier. Now whenever I feel like having a frozen coke, instead of having to get in my car and drive around looking for a slurpee machine that’s up and running, I just walk into the kitchen, pour in a few cans of Coke and presto! Minutes later I have a delicious frozen coke. Again, I love it!

I originally purchased this almost a year ago and it worked great until about a month ago when motor started to make a burning smell. I returned that unit and received a new one. I have used the new one 2 times and it is not freezing my drinks when I try to make slushy drinks. It is still runny even when I adjust the temperature. I’m frustrated with this product. I’ve had two of them and problems with both.

We've used this thing every single day since it arrived. We absolutely love it! Cleaning it is SUPER easy. We do a quick rinse every time it's used, and do a thorough rinse every couple of days, or whenever we switch it up, i.e. slushi to milkshake, etc. I am worried about the longevity of the front handle/dispenser that's effectively glued to the front of the reservoir, but only time will tell. As it is, we're making sure not to pry on the handle too hard whenever dispensing, and are being careful not to pull/pry on it when rinsing out the reservoir. The travel bag that came with our bundle works very well as a dust cover, when we're not using it. Soda slushis are so easy, no extra ingredients, just grab a 2 liter (or 4-5 cans) of your favorite (not low sugar/diet) soda, hit the slush button, and you're good to go! I can't believe we waited this long to get one. Simply amazing!
