[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in complete shock at how wonderful the shark robot vacuum cleaner is! It was extremely easy to set up. I was so happy to be able to view a video on how to set it up. It automatically started on its own. I expected the vacuum cleaner to go in different directions once it bumped into something but that was not the case. It got acquainted with my apartment and it vacuumed in the most perfect, even lines I could never do! Not only does it do a perfectly even job, it also talks and tells you what it is doing and what it needs. For instance, it will tell you it needs to empty and then it finds it s way back to the base. Then it tells you it needs to be recharged and it will find its way back to the base. This has truly been a Blessing to me, because I have the most difficult time vacuuming. It takes me all day to vacuum because I cannot do it all at one time. With the robot vacuum cleaner I was able to move things out of the way and it cleaned my entire apartment within a very short time. For those looking for the perfect gift for either an elderly loved one or someone who is physically challenged, this is definitely the gift to buy! I am so ecstatically happy with this product. I have run this a few times per week, and it appears to be keeping my floors clean. The battery has never run down fully while vacuuming my floors, which is great. I appreciate having the self-empty base so I don't have to remember to empty the vacuum weekly. Since this vacuum is on the second story, I really appreciate it has the technology to recognize the stairs and not tumble down. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to use a robot vacuum.

But this shark is so gentle! I can trust it to clean even when I’m not home. I love the mapping feature so you can tell it where specifically to clean. I would recommend this to anyone!

The suction is strong, especially on rugs, and the self-empty base makes life so much easier. I haven’t had to touch it once. It cleans in neat lines, doesn’t bump into stuff randomly, and the app is simple to use. It’s a bit loud when it empties, but only for a few seconds. If you want something that actually works and saves you time, this is a solid buy.

It picks up dirt, grass, food, and dog fur very well. I love that you can choose the rooms for it to clean and you can create no-go areas on the app for the robot to avoid cleaning. It’s not quiet but who cares when it works so well.

Not as loud as I expected it to be luckily! The only part that can be a little loud is when it's emptying in the base. Overall it's really great! Pros: - very easy to set up - only took 10 mins! - like the look of it - the app is easy to navigate - does a good job to swiping up small things Cons: - kind of loud (but also what vacuum isn’t) - I don’t know where to keep the self empty container given that it needs so much room around it (personally don’t want it on display) All in all, I would recommend this proud! I’ve never been able to move or lift the bed to clean underneath, and now it’s spotless. I was genuinely grateful. It couldn’t get under the narrow cabinets in the living room—there just wasn’t enough space—but that didn’t bother me, I can easily clean that part myself. Everything else? Perfection. It doesn’t just bounce around aimlessly—it moves in neat rows, avoids obstacles, returns to the base on its own, and empties the dustbin automatically. Now, I’ll admit, the first time it emptied itself, the noise startled me—it’s definitely loud. And when it’s vacuuming, it’s not exactly quiet either, but that doesn’t bother me at all. It does its job incredibly well, and that’s what matters. It also looks sleek and modern, and it’s super easy to use. My home has never been this consistently clean with so little effort on my part.
