I received my Shark Navigator a week ago in replacement for another model that crapped out within a year, so this was a warranty replacement/upgrade. My Navigator is actually different - it doesn't have the auto-emptying feature - but that's no big deal. Including the initial mapping run, this Shark Navigator has run flawlessly. And the cleaning/suction is great: We have a dog, and every morning the dust collector is full. So far I am completely satisfied.

Had to get a new one as my last one died after years of use. Like this one so so much better. Quieter - I can have it clean a room & go to sleep without it keeping me awake. Can go under my furniture. More thorough. I heard it but couldn't find it and then it came out from behind my sofa & scared me. Didn't expect that at all. Goes under my dressers & consoles. My last one couldn't do that since it had this little radar thing on the top and it always stopped it from going under my sofa, chair or consoles. This one is so much quicker. Wish I could name rooms with my own labels & not use their pre-existing labels. Don't have a playroom but that's the only option for my extra room. I have mostly ceramic wood tile but it does the matrix clean - which is back & forth in all directions. It's not an option. It just does it. Great upgrade. So much faster also. What took my last one 20 minutes to clean in the the clean mode, this navigator takes 20 minutes with matrix clean. The suction is amazing for such a little guy.

This is so great. Maps area really well and have had no issues with tangling of anything seems to stay the course and never gets lost. Just wish the obstacle avoidance could be a bit better it seems to recognize them but still tends to push them out of the way. Overall Willis be nice to have in that mopped but this one is doing a fantastic job. Go Shark. The suction at this point seems to be satisfactory and in an area rug it seems to be doing a great job. Seems to be really good with having pets as well.

I bought myself one of these about a month ago. I had an older model, but this one is so much better. I liked it so much I got my daughter one for her house also!!!

Had it a week so far and seems to be working well. Cleans up carpet and bare floor decent. Like the way it maps and runs in rows instead of just rambling around.

I bought this Shark Navigator Robet Vaccuum a month ago and I could not be happier. My little helper to keep the downstairs cleaned with the vinyl floors. I am thinking about getting on for the upstairs, yet it may fall down the stairs. Overall, less dirt, less dust, and it vacuums perfectly where I need it the most. And the plus is the emptying of the dirt it has collected. No need to make a fuss over emptying the vacuum, cleaning it, and placing it back on the charger. I love the navigation it provides throughout the home. It ensures every nook and cranny is cleaned.

You can't get replacement parts to keep the Shark Robot functioning. Which causes the product to not perform well. I have had this product less than a year and can't get filters and brushes they are always out of stock.
