This is a game changer, the suction is extremely powerful and you will be amazed. Worth every penny. I typically pressure wash the rugs from time to time, and was amazed what the vacuum accomplished. I will say I wish I would have grabbed a second one as the house is over 2000 sq ft %26 it did have to re-dock to charge to finish the house. This was a black friday purchase so I shall wait until another sale for sure.

I’ve been using this in my personal training studio for about a month now and it does an amazing job! I have tried another brand and it constantly got stuck on stuff and never for the job done. My shark leaves my gym spotless and never had any issues.

I got my Shark Navigator vacuum robot about three weeks ago. This is my second Shark Robot Vacuum cleaner. I had my previous one for about 5 years. I loved it and so I decided to get a newer one. I love the low profile of the Navigator because it cleans under all my furniture and my bed keeping my house clean all the time. I'm loving my Navigator robot.

I purchased about a month ago and I by far love this one more than the 2 previous Roomba vacuums that I have had! It maps better, cleans, is able to get unstuck better on its own!! It was much easier to set up also!

I purchased the shark navigator robot vacuum recently, and it was the best investment I spent my money on. With the really hectic work and life schedule my spouse and I have, this machine was a perfect fit for us. Now instead of doing the mundane chore of cleaning our floors, the Navigator has freed up some much time for us, now we can enjoy doing fun things together. We was so surprised how well it cleans. Our first experience with the navigator was after we vacuumed our floors and then let it do its thing. We was so surprised when it finished and emptied itself in the docking station, I could not believe how much stuff it picked up from our floors. Set up and mapping our home was so easy. I absolutely love our Shark Ninja. We have it set to go daily at 8:15am and it has really been so helpful with picking up all the dog hair and extra dust around the house that me or my husband can’t get to every day. We use the large vacuum only once a week now. We love our Clean Elizabeth!!!!!

I've had this robot vacuum for a few weeks and it is working exactly as I expected. It's effective, efficient, and does a great job on both tile and carpet. This vacuum replaced an IQ version. The only thing that is different as far as functionality is this robot only has one side brush and the IQ has 2, one on each side. While this side brush has 3 "whiskers" on it's brush I still feel like it could be even better with another identical brush on the other side.

I bought this Shark Navigator Robet Vaccuum a month ago and I could not be happier. My little helper to keep the downstairs cleaned with the vinyl floors. I am thinking about getting on for the upstairs, yet it may fall down the stairs. Overall, less dirt, less dust, and it vacuums perfectly where I need it the most. And the plus is the emptying of the dirt it has collected. No need to make a fuss over emptying the vacuum, cleaning it, and placing it back on the charger. I love the navigation it provides throughout the home. It ensures every nook and cranny is cleaned.

Lost WiFi connection day one, so didn’t kick off on schedule. Them next day needed to pause it and app didn’t appear to know it was running. Very noisy.

I had the Shark Ninja for over 5 years and all of a sudden it disconnected from the Wi Fi. I called support and they talked me into buying the Shark Navigator because they couldn't get me connected to the Wi Fi. I bought the Shark Navigator brand new and I have the same problem with the Shark navigator. When I call support they say it isn't the robot it is the Wi Fi. I have the best Wi Fi by Xfinity. I don't recommend this product Both products pairs fine with the phone but you can't control it without the Wi Fi on your phone.
