This is a game changer, the suction is extremely powerful and you will be amazed. Worth every penny. I typically pressure wash the rugs from time to time, and was amazed what the vacuum accomplished. I will say I wish I would have grabbed a second one as the house is over 2000 sq ft %26 it did have to re-dock to charge to finish the house. This was a black friday purchase so I shall wait until another sale for sure.

I received my Shark Navigator a week ago in replacement for another model that crapped out within a year, so this was a warranty replacement/upgrade. My Navigator is actually different - it doesn't have the auto-emptying feature - but that's no big deal. Including the initial mapping run, this Shark Navigator has run flawlessly. And the cleaning/suction is great: We have a dog, and every morning the dust collector is full. So far I am completely satisfied.

This is so great. Maps area really well and have had no issues with tangling of anything seems to stay the course and never gets lost. Just wish the obstacle avoidance could be a bit better it seems to recognize them but still tends to push them out of the way. Overall Willis be nice to have in that mopped but this one is doing a fantastic job. Go Shark. The suction at this point seems to be satisfactory and in an area rug it seems to be doing a great job. Seems to be really good with having pets as well.

Had to get a new one as my last one died after years of use. Like this one so so much better. Quieter - I can have it clean a room & go to sleep without it keeping me awake. Can go under my furniture. More thorough. I heard it but couldn’t find it and then it came out from behind my sofa & scared me. Didn’t expect that at all. Goes under my dressers & consoles. My last one couldn’t do that since it had this little radar thing on the top and it always stopped it from going under my sofa, chair or consoles. This one is so much quicker. Wish I could name rooms with my own labels & not use their pre-existing labels. Don’t have a playroom but that’s the only option for my extra room. I have mostly ceramic wood tile but it does the matrix clean - which is back & forth in all directions. It’s not an option. It just does it. Great upgrade. So much faster also. What took my last one 20 minutes to clean in the the clean mode, this navigator takes 20 minutes with matrix clean. The suction is amazing for such a little guy.

This is my third Shark robot purchase, They are non-intrusive, and provide a sense of modernization, along with taking care of light cleaning. The new unit shows the dedication to improving the model, and I a very happy with the results.

I bought myself one of these about a month ago. I had an older model, but this one is so much better. I liked it so much I got my daughter one for her house also!!!

I love it. Does a great job works on my hardwood floor on my tile floors in my rugs couldn’t ask for anything better. I really appreciate sorry for what they have done for me. Thank you.

This is a lifetime warranty replacement and so far I do not like it as much as my previous model. It does not talk and give messages in anyway. Disregards magnetic strips put down to restrict areas. It only has one sided brush.

Had to replace matrix cleaning shark ninja that broke just after warranty period expired. Purchased this and it does not pick up as advertised and misses many areas.
