Vert easy to use. So far I've just experimented. It's not hot enough to warm something that's cold. Just maintaining warmth in something that is warm when it's placed on the mat.

Food was kept warm for hours, even at a Low setting. The reason for one less star is the fact that it needs to be plugged to an outlet, instead of a stand alone.

I love the way it keeps food warm especially when making a big meal. All the food stays hot the same time so no need to reheat. Not sure why I received mine with French on the control to tell you high, medium and low, would prefer English.

This is excellent.. my first time owning one and it won't be my last. Game changer. It kept my 5" deep, half sheet pan off lasagna and half sheet of 50 meatballs hot until I left for my destination.

Works great! 3 heat settings. Keeps the food nice and warm in aluminum trays. Put pizza box on too. Did NOT melt plastic table cover as other said did. Best purchase. Selling my chafing sets.
