The power cord was missing and I didn't discover it until Thanksgiving day. So I do t know how it would work.

The registration instructions, in the owners manual, had more steps/information than I actually had to provide. Very quick and easy.

Doesn't do the job…not warm enough. Very disappointed as I bought 2 for myself and 1 for a hostess gift. Returned to store for refund.

I bought it on a whim to use for my Work Christmas Party. I put by straight for the refrigerator glass pans on it. It warmed the food from cold and kept it the same temperature for four hours during our potluck.

I have used it only once for thanksgiving and it worked great. Hope it will continue this way for a long time.
