Very heavy duty! With two men putting it together it was a snap! Works with the mattress very well. Adjustable base allows me to sit straight up and sleep mode has stopped my sleep apnea!! And for a bonus, the vibrating base and has a smooth high/low adjustment. Plus a free set of pillows, linen, and. padded bed cover. Wow, deal of the century:+1:

I purchased a split king bed. It consist of 2 twin xl adjustable bed frames and 2 twin xl mattresses. I have been highly disappointed in this purchase from the beginning. The mattresses constantly slide apart. I often get up in the middle of the night to slide them back together otherwise I find myself sleeping in a hole, practically on the bedframe. I have tried several different things to curb this problem, to no avail. The frames are heavy, which makes it somewhat difficult to put together. The bed is very cheaply made. I have already had to have one of the frames resent to me. The mattresses are okay, but feel a bit thin and can be uncomfortable. I would recommend spending a bit more money and going with another company. This maybe okay for a guest bedroom but not a bed you plan to sleep in every night. I have had the bed for about a year, and wish I could get my money back. Please do your research before you purchase this bed. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

I have been sleeping on my Nectar for a couple of months now. It took some getting used to it, but it definitely has improved my lower back pain and I enjoy the adjustable frame for reading in bed at night with my back and legs elevated. So far, so good!

The frame has been great for my pregnant wife. It really helps her find a comfortable position. My only complaint is the packaging. It came slightly damaged due to poor packaging. It's nothing that affects function but the wood that is inside the platform is broken on a couple corners.

I love the frame, but the remote is defective. I have to put in new batteries every 4 days and I don’t even use the controller MUCH that it would warrant having to put I. Batteries every 4 days. I would like a new one please. Thank you. Seth jacobs

This company rocks. The bed is amazing. The customer service above and beyond. I had one problem, not even nectar's fault. One of my adjustable bed frames came damaged, usp's fault (I have video from my ring doorbell), and nectar took care of it. The only down side is the noise from the message motor but it vibration is great, so the trade off is acceptable. Keep up the good work.

I received my base within a week of my order. Nectar let me know my mattress would ship in 3-4 weeks. I get that between materials and shipping with the pandemic this is not unusual. I received my mattress but noticed a flaw. I contacted Nectar and they had me send photos. They responded quickly and I just received my new mattress today. Thank you to all of the people I had contact with. You were kind and caring and you responded so quickly to my questions. Yes the base is awesome. Love that I can charge my phone on it.

The frame has been wonderful, but request that it comes from the warehouse that preassembles most of the frame. My mom and I both ordered the same frame. Mine came in and all I had to do was unfold the frame, attach the legs and plug it in. Mom’s was delivered and everything had to be assembled (head and foot sections secured to each other, motor and wires needed attaching to the frame, the mattress foot bar had to be screwed on instead of just sliding into holes... and we had to make a hole in the fabric just to get access to the holes where the foot bar was to insert). Just ask about what warehouse your frame is coming from.

The middle of the bed is very uncomfortable and I notice that sleeping on one side makes the bed look uneven the mattress is not thick enough to keep you from feeling the metal rod in center of bed can you suggest a mattress cover I am a senior and this bed was part of bucket list and I really love it

The reason I give this bed a three star not because of the bed itself I love the bed it’s comfortable it’s cozy the only problem I seem to be having with this bed is it does not stay on the platform it’s meant to stay on it moves all over the place and I have to adjust it every morning when I get up it needs to have a side rail support on both sides to keep the mattress on the form itself it has one on the foot area but not on the side area which is desperately needed I would give a five star to the bed motorized bed because it is comfortable and it is well worth getting and worth the money I will be putting the bars on myself on the side of the bed to hold it in place Apple side so don’t let my review just tell you from getting this bed because it is a wonderful bed this is just my inside it made me different to everybody else
