I like the bed much better than my last mattress in a box but do wish it was slightly firmer. However, the remote keeps losing connection and I have to crawl under the bed to unplug and wait for battery back up to stop before I can reset it. I don’t use the vibration creature very much but do enjoy adjusting my head and feet almost daily. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

We debated whether we needed the adjustable frame when we purchased the mattress, as it was an extra expense. We are so happy that we decided to go with the adjustable frame. We use it all the time and it makes the bed so much more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great quality and looks! I wish I could speak with the companies technical support for programming support. Buttons only work upon release and then only in 1/8th incremental movements. Help! Now the Zero Gravity button stopped working. Have tried to re-program with help from the number on the "Resident" remote but still not operating at 100%. Again, love the quality! (Unit came with Resident remote and Okin control box).

The bed is versatile, and so far all working well. It’s heavy, and hard to move. The experience with Nectar was very frustrating . They seem to have a popular refrain, which is, “well, you can do that, but you’ll void the warranty“. It came up on a couple of different discussions. In the most perplexing case, the instructions that came with the bed tell one how to mount a regular headboard to it using extenders sold by nectar. They show you in the instruction book how to attach it. So I called nectar to buy one. It was told they don’t recommend it. I pointed out that the instruction booklet did recommend it. Again told me that’s not recommended and it may void the warranty. I pointed out that this was quite frustrating, that it clearly shows that they have parts that could be attached, and more In told I can’t. The response, “well you can do whatever you want, but you’re going to void the warranty. “

I love my full size adjustable bed frame! The bed frame has made a huge difference in my sleep. Now I can easily adjust it to help with asthma and acid reflux. The massage feature is amazing! The instructions could have been just a little more clear. However, putting it together was pretty easy. I love the addrd feature of 2 phone charging ports on both sides also.

Easy to set up... Though the instructions could be more clearly outlined for someone less handy. Went up in half an hour with the help of someone else. Pairing the remote took a couple of tries, but has worked flawlessly. Delivery was a pain ... It's really at the very limit of what anyone can handle, and if you are not in the first floor, it wold be bad to assume a person could deliver it alone. Has worked great, quiet, and able to support a heavy load. Would be great to have adjustable legs to be able to use a thicker or thinner mattress or handle different body sizes. An absolutely great buy for the price!!

I bought the Nectar mattress a few months earlier. I bought the frame just before I had my first of two surgeries on my ankle. The adjustable bed was a godsend allowing me to have a raised bed for 22 hours a day out of 24. 6 days after surgery my first follow up with the doctor I had no swelling. My doctor was amazed. I attributed to the constant elevation. I previously slept on a hospital bed for years, but the elevation from a hospital bed bends your leg at the knee when it's raised. But, the Nectar adjustable frame raises your legs to be level and not bent. I highly recommend it for anyone who has health problems with their legs and are advised by their doctor to elevate their legs. Best investment I made. My second surgery is coming in June. I will be in rehabe for a bit, but when I come home, my legs will be elevated as much as possible. Having an ankle replacement , my leg will be up. And, I go to sleep every night with the massage>

Worst service I have ever had, they cannot get anything right. All they want to do is get your money and then never deliver the product, then blame it on the shipping company being backed up, which that is just laughable. Don't make the mistake and order from them or the lies will begin.

I love my adjustable bed! With a bad back, it's perfect! I do wish the feet went up a little higher, but other than that, it's great! The USB ports on the side were a nice surprise as well! I would recommend the remote be on a cord or something, because I lose it a lot in the night, but that's something I can figure out on my own too. Overall, great purchase!!!

I'm so happy that I ordered this headboard and frame. Although typically it wouldn't be me style, I ended up loving it. It has nice clean lines and goes well with everything in the bedroom. I bought it in grey. It's a darker grey and lovely. It was reasonably easy to assemble and is extremely well made. I was concerned about reading in bed because the headboard isn't as tall as my previous one. But it worked great. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
