The setup was fairly simple to put together- about an hour. The adjustable frame has built in charging USB ports which are convenient. It also has a vibrate setting which personally serves as white noise since the vibrations don’t knock me out, the lack of silence noises (high pitch tones) does. I avoid the highest setting on that since the motor is under/near the head side so it’s a bit of a loud, annoying buzz for me. I enjoy the adjustable head and feet controls on remote which allows adjustments to head and feet, either separately or simultaneously. These settings come handy while awake however I usually press the ‘flat’ button on the remote to get the mattress leveled before actually sleeping. Overall, it’s a nice frame. I am curious how long the motors and charging ports will last before normal wear concerns begin to present themselves; sounds like future concerns for now.

I purchased the bed frame in February 2021. I was so excited. I love the adjustable bed frame. I really do not like the mattress. The bed frame works as expected. Lots of positions are possible and I like the massage and the USB ports to charge my phone overnight as I sleep.

We have been using the Nectar Adjustable Frame for about 16 months now and we are very well pleased. I really enjoy going to bed to watch TV before drifting off to sleep. I only rated it 4 stars because the message part is virtually useless. Even with that in mind I would have rated it 5 stars except for the fact that we haven't had it long enough to attest to its durability. Would buy it again and do recommend it.

Love the adjustable frame and it has a message feature - just shaking. Only disappointed is that we got a split king, which is 2 Twin XLs. There's a USB port on each frame, except theres no adjustment for the split kings, so one side of the body's USB port is inaccessible. That said we have lived our whole life without USB ports in our bed and just plug our phones in the wall.

I purchased the adjustable Frame the beginning of May and it the end of June and I still don't have all the part to my Frame I call to speak to a supervisor and the person said he would keep me updated that was on June 16 and NOW it June 21 still no call it 8:10 in the morning and I'm sorry I did business with nectar I'm about to call the company now this been a bad headache

The frame is pretty useful but does move a bit when elevated and you move around. The remote has a lot of buttons on it and it is hard to figure out which ones move just the head or foot sections in the dark. By the time you hit a button that you think is the right one, it is usually not and something else happens, like setting it to flat or raising it all up! The USB ports are in the middle of the side, so they will be easily hit as you get in and out of the bed... we decided to not take the chance, so we are not using them. Overall, the ability to raise the head and feet really does make sleeping easier and tends to help with snoring, so I think it was a good purchase. The things that sold us on it (USB ports, remote, etc.) ended up being features that are really not usable in real life. If the remote had a cover over all the extra buttons and the USB was located up near the head, it would have much better! I would recommend it for anyone who needs to have an adjustable base. Coupled with the excellent bed, we really like our Nectar bed! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

The frame works fine, but on their website description it states a 3 zone massage (other brands have head, lumbar, and foot) this one only has head and foot. When I spoke to call rep, she told me that means the different settings within the massagers were 3 zone. Overpriced for not having lumbar. After waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, probably will just keep it.

Great range of motion and very sturdy. The remote is intuitive and the added usb ports are very handy. The massage feature was a great advertised feature but really it just feels like the bed is shaking, and as my bedroom is upstairs, it causes a lot of rumbling noise downstairs so I don’t use it even though it was something I was looking forward to.

After 2 months one of the massage motors are going out. I was a bit surprised to see how cheaply they were both installed. Massage motors are just wrapped in foam and held inplace with a strip of webbing. Neither motor stays in place and I’m constantly having to get under the bead and push them back into place.

Honestly I hadn't read up a lot on the frame before I bought it. I knew it was adjustable but not how adjustable. It does everything that I expected it to and more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are because of three things (that are really minor) 1) The 'lighting' underneath could have been done a little better, maybe with a timer to only be on at night. 2) The 'massage' functionality doesn't really do anything, not even 'in the moment'. You can feel it a little but it's not really ever going to relieve anything 3) There is no instruction manual with the remote.
