The setup was fairly simple to put together- about an hour. The adjustable frame has built in charging USB ports which are convenient. It also has a vibrate setting which personally serves as white noise since the vibrations don’t knock me out, the lack of silence noises (high pitch tones) does. I avoid the highest setting on that since the motor is under/near the head side so it’s a bit of a loud, annoying buzz for me. I enjoy the adjustable head and feet controls on remote which allows adjustments to head and feet, either separately or simultaneously. These settings come handy while awake however I usually press the ‘flat’ button on the remote to get the mattress leveled before actually sleeping. Overall, it’s a nice frame. I am curious how long the motors and charging ports will last before normal wear concerns begin to present themselves; sounds like future concerns for now.

After purchasing and quickly returning the Sleep Number bed, we were desperately searching for a good night's sleep. My husband discovered the Nectar website and quickly placed the order. It is like sleeping in a hotel bed. We love it. It adjusts up and down and has an amazing massage feature. We could not be more happy!!!

I was so excited to receive my new adjustable bed and with some help got it set up, just to have the freaking thing break. I had it a whole 3 days and it just stopped working. And forget trying to get help from nectar customer service. They are not helpful at all! Instead, I had to go through the warranty. I've been waiting this whole time to have someone come out and fix this stupid frame. Between the customer service at nectar and the warranty customer service, I honestly have to say don't waste your time. If you want an adjustable bed and better customer service, go elsewhere! I may have my bed fixed within a month.... If I'm lucky. That's months having a bed and it not working. Great use of my money... Not!

I was gifted a Nectar mattress from my daughter. I also suffer from GERD, so I ordered the adjustable bed frame. I sleep so much better now. I used to wake up numerous times in the night and wake in the morning still tired with aches and pains. I am So... happy to have a Nectar sleep system. 5 Stars.

I ordered for my elderly mother that has been dealing with degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and other related excruciating pain. SHE LOVES her bed and is sleeping so much better than she has in years. Though it took a very long time to receive, it was worth the wait.

I purchased the adjustable Frame the beginning of May and it the end of June and I still don't have all the part to my Frame I call to speak to a supervisor and the person said he would keep me updated that was on June 16 and NOW it June 21 still no call it 8:10 in the morning and I'm sorry I did business with nectar I'm about to call the company now this been a bad headache

I bought my adjustable frame just in time. I had a couple health issues, the main issue was my back and the bed helped so much with getting up and down… watching TV. It is quiet and easy to use. Installation was easy for my husband. The split adjustable was definitely the way to go and we really like our Nectar mattress as well.

This was the best purchase I’ve ever made! The frame was easy to setup, the massage mode is fun and relaxing. The different positions you can be in is incredible. I love the zero gravity and the sleep button. I literally don’t want to get out of bed. I also purchased the mattress, which is so comfortable. I’m very happy.

The bed is versatile, and so far all working well. It’s heavy, and hard to move. The experience with Nectar was very frustrating . They seem to have a popular refrain, which is, “well, you can do that, but you’ll void the warranty“. It came up on a couple of different discussions. In the most perplexing case, the instructions that came with the bed tell one how to mount a regular headboard to it using extenders sold by nectar. They show you in the instruction book how to attach it. So I called nectar to buy one. It was told they don’t recommend it. I pointed out that the instruction booklet did recommend it. Again told me that’s not recommended and it may void the warranty. I pointed out that this was quite frustrating, that it clearly shows that they have parts that could be attached, and more In told I can’t. The response, “well you can do whatever you want, but you’re going to void the warranty. “

We recently purchased a Nectar Queen size mattress and adjustable bed frame. We have been extremely pleased with our purchase. It was easy to assemble out of the box. The directions were clear but it did take two people for assembly. It works just as it should. I like being able to adjust the bed to be able to comfortably watch TV. No more trying to stack and pile pillows to be comfortable. I also like to sleep with my head slightly elevated and that has helped with snoring issues. After about a month of use, I can say this was a great purchase for us and I highly recommend Nectar.
