I have used the frame for less than a week so this is truly an early review. Anyway, the assembly was easy and fast. The only thing that has annoyed me is a couple of times where the connection between the remote and the base has been super slow and I have had to push the same button several times before the base reacted.

Shipping took quite a bit longer than expected. I live in Alaska and distances are large! I was already disappointed with the product by the time it arrived. Assembly&use: Instructions where complete, well written and easy to follow. All the parts where there and the fit and finish where above what I had expected for the price point. Welded steel frame, adjustable height legs, robust massage feature, usable presets for positions. All very pleasantly surprising!

My husband is a huge fan of the messaging, just wished there was heat. I like the fact the bed I feet and head go up and down. My only complaint is we got the king split and sometimes when my husband adjust his bed position it moves my bed. I also wish we could connect our beds and get gather so they don’t move away from each other, that issue will resolve itself as soon as put an area rug under the bed or get rubber feet. I would definitely recommend this bed it’s very comfortable and the fact that it came with everything you needed to sleep in right away was awesome.

I love my new bed! The adjustable frame is perfect. The adjustable height was super important and helpful. The Zero G is great. The massage feature is good. The motor is very quiet and movement is smooth. The remote is attractive. The white case stands out against the other dark remotes and the blue lights are pretty. I have the Nectar hybrid mattress and the combo is everything I’d hoped it would be. Overall, great purchase!

Honestly, I don't find anything too special about this mattress at all. Other than the adjustable base.. After sleeping about 30 days on this mattress I will say it is a firm mattress but I feel I had a better night sleep on my old broke in mattress.. The pillows that it came with are harder than normal pillows And they're not great for comfort.. Definitely don't try to sleep with 2 of them.. The bed does give me a higher Position to watch TV and see things more comfortably due to the base.( Which does help my neck a lot.) But other than that, this is a mediocre bed and I got One of the best ones they had. Definitely nothing to write home to mom about. For spending over 3 g's. I expected a whole lot more. Like sleeping on a cloud experience. But maybe that was just over expectations on my part. Honestly wish I could feel the massage setting a lot more... More like a shaking bed to me

The frame is very stable, quiet and sturdy. Be prepared for the weight of the item. The foot motor quit working and they overnighted a new one. Went to replace it and found out it was an issue with the frame that caused it to break. I am currently in the process with Nectar of getting the frame fixed or replaced. I had to submit photos and am waiting on an answer. Customer service has been really nice and easy to work with. The issue has not given me a negative impression of the company at all. Sometimes products are defective and it is how the issue is resolved that matters. So far, they have been wonderful with helping to fix it! I would definitely recommend their beds. We spent months looking into adjustable frames, and I am happy I chose Nectar.

Assistance with dual twin king adjustable bed not available with multiple calls. Can not sync both remotes to dual twin operations. Do not know who to call that understands issues. RJ45 connections unknown purpose. Connection manual has poor illustrations and does not say which port is power and which is pass along. Orientation of servos also hard to tell. Bottom line, have problem with operation of both remotes and synchronization of either to enter individual bed or just one bed with controls close to led sensors. Also need to disable all power to deenergize to start synchronization process again and again... . Who should one call????

The adjustable frame is fantastic, but I noticed a small tear in the fabric. I'm not concerned about it. I was surprised to find USB ports, and I did not realize it had so many functions like zero gravity position and a timer for the massage functions. I like that I can have my head a little higher which helps with my acid reflux.

After too many years on the same bed we stepped up this year and invested in us with new adjustable frame with new mattress. Still amazed at the difference. Able to lift legs (no more body pillows needed) and raise head and shoulders for comfort or TV viewing. A lot quieter than we thought and we love that we set the angles...or not. Fairly easy to install, set up and program (bit heavy, but solidly made). Absolutely love settings available and ease of remote pairing and setting. The massage is amazing, thought this would not be our favorite but dare anyone to turn on the legs and not fall asleep before the timer runs out. Zero Gravity is a good place to start then fine tune for your own memory setting. And then the USB ports for charging your electronics. Nectar thought of everything. Such a difference sleeping all night without soreness and stiffness...WORTH EVERY PENNY.

2 twin xl = king size Compared to my old beautyrest recharge queen mattress, it rocks. Below is more specific. The frame arrived in 4 boxes. The 2 smaller boxes had the actual parts and almost didn't get delivered. The frame itself came as a big square in a square top box with a flat square piece of cardboard as the bottom, held together by a zip tie like pallet strap. Some of the bolts and clips were not attached inside the box, it was a miracle they didn't fall out the bottom unsealed edges during shipping. Bed pops when head goes up. Massage on head only vibrates the right side. Can't feel it on the left side. Usb sucks at charging. But maybe good to power something usb corded if I needed to. Usb's on both sides of frame. Beds slide off on frame everytime someone gets up or down, in any position. The frame is past the return, but pictures and order info may get us a new arm that hopefully won't squeak or pop.
