I purchased the bed with the adjustable frame for my 79 year old mother, who has been suffering from arthritic pain in her spine and had been having trouble sleeping. The bed gave her immediate comfort and she had her first restful sleep in many weeks.

We've had our nectar mattress for almost 4 years and we've loved it. So when we decided to upgrade to an adjustable frame, we had to get the nectar frame. We originally had the platform frame from nectar and it worked great. But the adjustable frame has been amazing for us. Makes watching TV or reading in bed so much better than just propping up pillows. The remote works great and we love the memory button to automatically adjust to our most used perfect position. It's height is adjustable with different feet options, so there's plenty of under the bed storage room. It had been a great addition to our nectar products we've had for years!

I LOVE this bed. I did a free trial with several other brands and this bed caused the best sleep of all of them (as demonstrated from my Apple watch data for least number of times waking during the night). So happy to have found this bed. Let me tell you NOT all memory foam mattresses are similar. They vary wildly!

2 twin xl = king size Compared to my old beautyrest recharge queen mattress, it rocks. Below is more specific. The frame arrived in 4 boxes. The 2 smaller boxes had the actual parts and almost didn't get delivered. The frame itself came as a big square in a square top box with a flat square piece of cardboard as the bottom, held together by a zip tie like pallet strap. Some of the bolts and clips were not attached inside the box, it was a miracle they didn't fall out the bottom unsealed edges during shipping. Bed pops when head goes up. Massage on head only vibrates the right side. Can't feel it on the left side. Usb sucks at charging. But maybe good to power something usb corded if I needed to. Usb's on both sides of frame. Beds slide off on frame everytime someone gets up or down, in any position. The frame is past the return, but pictures and order info may get us a new arm that hopefully won't squeak or pop.

The first Nectar branded unit I received was damaged in shipment and really sub standard quality. It's was replaced with a frame branded as Residence and it's great! Fully assembled except the legs, wiring connected and secure... the quality I expected. Functions perfectly. They should not be shipping the Nectar branded frames in my opinion.

We bought two twin XL mattress and two adjustable bed frames for our King bed. We have had them about a month and half and we enjoy being able to adjust our beds individually. The standard Nectar mattress is just the right firmness. We had a different memory foam mattress that we replaced because we were both waking up achy and not well rested after tossing and turning to try and get comfortable. So far we are loving the Nectar.

I purchase my nector ajustable bed less than a year ago. I'm having troubleshooting. I've been without my bed since Easter I have email I have called I have no one will respond. I have unplugged for 1 hour I put new batteries in the remote I have reset it and the motor don't even kick on now can somebody please call me or email me and tell me where I can get help thank you

I had been saving for and contemplating a new bed for a few years. I hadn’t planned on going with an adjustable base. I am very pleased I did! I have TMJ, so I carry a lot of tension. The massage function is a nice feature to loosen the muscles a bit before I drift off.

the remote is very finicky. it shuts down and won't operate. then you have to unplug the bed and push the pairing button until it resets. it does this at random times for no apparent reason--it wasn't even touched. it took me about 5 times before i could remember this without referring to the manual. asked for a new remote in case it was defective and given the run around--fill out forms, etc etc. it's a cheap plastic remote. would it have been so hard to just send a new one. i was in middle of a move. i could do the form now but just don't want to deal with them. it's a 3rd person vendor.

After swapping from a traditional frame to this frame, I sleep so much better. My wife and I both have had lower back pain and this new frame has helped dramatically with that. The frame was super simple to put together. The presets on the remote are also great, 3 manual presets allow me and my wife to both have our own presets that work best for us. My wife and I both agree that this was one of the best purchases I have made.
