Frame is no good. Cranky noises when adjusting. Not touching any walls and even happens without laying on it. The massage mechanism doesn't do anything but make me feel like I was going over some bumps in the road. Never use it. No returns is just wrong.

At first, I wasn’t sure how the adjustable base would work with the Hybrid mattress. It’s very thick, so I worried that it wouldn’t support the adjustable features. It does! The mattress adjusts well. The height is easily adjustable as well. I wish the massage feature was more powerful. With the ticker mattress it is hard to feel the foot massage. Overall, would recommend!

This Nectar adjustable bed frame is fantastic. I use it in the anti-snore mode every night. It is very comfortable. The other features are also good. I have sat up to read and tried the vibration. Everything works well. My daughter and son-in-law assembled it for me without problems. It arrived at my house promptly. I have enjoyed my Nectar mattress for over 5 years and this makes it that much better.

What Massage Feature? Even when it is on you can't feel it so what's the point of saying it's there? Cheap construction- thin steel putting it together we broke 2 legs just flipping them over. Nothing to hold the mattress in on the sides so it is constantly falling off.

Easy to set up... Though the instructions could be more clearly outlined for someone less handy. Went up in half an hour with the help of someone else. Pairing the remote took a couple of tries, but has worked flawlessly. Delivery was a pain ... It's really at the very limit of what anyone can handle, and if you are not in the first floor, it wold be bad to assume a person could deliver it alone. Has worked great, quiet, and able to support a heavy load. Would be great to have adjustable legs to be able to use a thicker or thinner mattress or handle different body sizes. An absolutely great buy for the price!!

We purchased a nectar adjustable frame for my disabled daughter. After the motor failed they sent us 2 damaged frames. The third frame is missing key features listed on the website. No zero gravity no outlets. They admitted they changed manufacturers. We've tried to contact them numerous times but they won't reply and only assign case numbers with no follow up. We are retired and can't afford trashing the frame to get another. My daughter remains in extreme discomfort and I can't get them to honor their warranty

Honestly I hadn't read up a lot on the frame before I bought it. I knew it was adjustable but not how adjustable. It does everything that I expected it to and more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are because of three things (that are really minor) 1) The 'lighting' underneath could have been done a little better, maybe with a timer to only be on at night. 2) The 'massage' functionality doesn't really do anything, not even 'in the moment'. You can feel it a little but it's not really ever going to relieve anything 3) There is no instruction manual with the remote.

We've had our Nectar split king adjustable bed frame for close to 3 years now and at some point (about a year ago), the head on my side of the bed stopped laying all the way flat when lowered. It's not the end of the world or anything, but it does bug me that the two mattresses are different heights now because of the bed frame issue. For what we paid, I expected it to perform well for many years.

Quiet, no electrical noise, if your into the massage or vibration beds it does have that. Would edit the usb charger to be more at head of bed. The leg and back raising is no joke. Makes it so easy to get a good night or days rest. It's 96% assembled just unfold and screw on legs. Very heavy. If your going to put it upstairs get help. 150lb box and 135lb frame. Lighter frame would be nice but structural design is first. Better box would be nice mine had some dings on the legs luckily not too bad.

We've had our nectar mattress for almost 4 years and we've loved it. So when we decided to upgrade to an adjustable frame, we had to get the nectar frame. We originally had the platform frame from nectar and it worked great. But the adjustable frame has been amazing for us. Makes watching TV or reading in bed so much better than just propping up pillows. The remote works great and we love the memory button to automatically adjust to our most used perfect position. It's height is adjustable with different feet options, so there's plenty of under the bed storage room. It had been a great addition to our nectar products we've had for years!
