- 1 out of 5 stars review4/16/2021The foot lift portion of the frame broke the first time I used it. It got stuck in the up position. We had to use brute force and a bit of ingenuity just to get the actuator out so that we could sleep again. The return process has been nothing but a giant hassle. The Nectar team is easy to get in touch with but can offer no real help other than “we understand”. Don’t for one minute believe that “return is as simple as one email “ line.

I like having the adjustable bed for things I want to do before I sleep. Having the adjustable has not improved my sleep habits at all. I am happy with it… just not extremely happy.

After sleeping about 30 days on this mattress I will say it is a firm mattress but I feel I had a better night sleep on my old broke in mattress.. The pillows that it came with are harder than normal pillows And they're not great for comfort.. Definitely don't try to sleep with 2 of them.. The bed does give me a higher Position to watch TV and see things more comfortably due to the base.( Which does help my neck a lot.) But other than that, this is a mediocre bed and I got One of the best ones they had. Definitely nothing to write home to mom about. For spending over 3 g's. I expected a whole lot more. Like sleeping on a cloud experienc...

I would give it 5 if the connected together as one more securely. Don't get me wrong. They don't come apart. But a small strap around the legs isn't strong enough to move the bed around as one. Head and she adjust great and I love the vibration. Timer function to turn off vibration automatically. Great adjustable frame.

I suffer from GERD and being able to increase the height on the top of the bed has made an incredible difference. I'm not exactly sure how the zero gravity works since I'm still stuck on 🌎 and have to obey the laws of gravity. The mattress itself is super comfortable and every night is like sleeping on a cloud.

One of my adjustable bed frames came damaged, usp's fault (I have video from my ring doorbell), and nectar took care of it. The only down side is the noise from the message motor but it vibration is great, so the trade off is acceptable. Keep up the good work.

The warranty department was not easy to deal with! We are elderly and husband is partially disabled as we explained to customer service. They expected us to actually install the part . After getting angry, they sent someone to fix it. That was one bed. The other bed is having issues as well. The vibration quits working periodically but so far by turning the power to bed on and off it starts up. We paid a lot of money for these beds and not satisfied with the quality! The mattresses are great but I do regret the Resident frames. We should have paid more and gone with Tempur Pedic.

It’s very thick, so I worried that it wouldn’t support the adjustable features. It does! The mattress adjusts well. The height is easily adjustable as well. I wish the massage feature was more powerful. With the ticker mattress it is hard to feel the foot massage. Overall, would recommend!

He recently had to have his arm amputated to remove significant cancer tumors. Totally not knowing what to expect post amputation I bought two queen adjustable frames, one for our home and one for our daughter's house when he stays with her. The adjustments and vibrating mode make this the perfect bed for our son. The vibration helps significantly with the phantom pain. Long crazy story but we are all totally in love with this frame. Now I want one for our king bed but don't want the split king. The price was amazing but not a huge deciding factor and after everything our son has gone through we just want to make him as comfortable as possible. THANK YOU!!

My only complaint is really nothing about the beds, but in making the beds (since they are together) makes it a little harder when putting the sheets and making the bed. Other than that, we are happy with the purchase.

There is a wide range of angles you can do with this, and a lot of vibrating options too. I enjoy my bed frame, and probably spend too much time in bed now because of the convenience of my bed basically becoming a couch. I just hope the company eventually releases a pillow/neck adjustable part, where the back has it's own hydralic and the neck has it's own.

The third frame is missing key features listed on the website. No zero gravity no outlets. They admitted they changed manufacturers. We've tried to contact them numerous times but they won't reply and only assign case numbers with no follow up. We are retired and can't afford trashing the frame to get another. My daughter remains in extreme discomfort and I can't get them to honor their warranty

I get that between materials and shipping with the pandemic this is not unusual. I received my mattress but noticed a flaw. I contacted Nectar and they had me send photos. They responded quickly and I just received my new mattress today. Thank you to all of the people I had contact with. You were kind and caring and you responded so quickly to my questions. Yes the base is awesome. Love that I can charge my phone on it.

And we're just as happy with the adjustable bed frame. My only complaint is that I put my legs and head up every night and before I fall asleep, the legs are flat again and I've not touched anything. And, by morning, my head is noticeable lower than it was before I went to sleep. But I can live with that in trade for the comfort of the combo bed frame and mattresses. Thank you for wonderful products.

I like the fact the bed I feet and head go up and down. My only complaint is we got the king split and sometimes when my husband adjust his bed position it moves my bed. I also wish we could connect our beds and get gather so they don’t move away from each other, that issue will resolve itself as soon as put an area rug under the bed or get rubber feet. I would definitely recommend this bed it’s very comfortable and the fact that it came with everything you needed to sleep in right away was awesome.

It came already put together except for legs. Easy set up. Frame is sturdy and works perfectly. I dont really use the massage mode myself but my grandchildren and husband love the massage settings for head and feet. Remote has 3 memory settings which is nice if more than one person sleeps in bed. I am very pleased with this product and we will be buying another one for our other bedroom.

I bought the frame just before I had my first of two surgeries on my ankle. The adjustable bed was a godsend allowing me to have a raised bed for 22 hours a day out of 24. 6 days after surgery my first follow up with the doctor I had no swelling. My doctor was amazed. I attributed to the constant elevation. I previously slept on a hospital bed for years, but the elevation from a hospital bed bends your leg at the knee when it's raised. But, the Nectar adjustable frame raises your legs to be level and not bent. I highly recommend it for anyone who has health problems with their legs and are advised by their doctor to elevate their legs. Best investment I made. My second surgery is coming in ...
