After it took forever to get here setup was easy but my USB ports for charging weren't working (still don't on the left side) the massager only works in the middle and really for the price it's not as great as I was expecting

good , but when reclining frame moves away from wall at head , instead of frame adjusting to keep close to wall. when relined nite stand is behind you. Still good value compared to beds that adjust for reclining position

Other than needing some help to get the box into the house, the frame was amazingly easy to set up. Screw in the legs, turn it over and plug it in. That's it! It was ready in minutes.

Bed took a little time to set up. Directions were not vlear on how to pair the remote with the frame. After 2 weeks, bed now has no power. Waiting for the manufacturer to contact me on what to do to get it working again.

We got the the Adjustable frame because my husband has Gulf War syndrome and has a lot of difficulty sleeping and with pain. This has helped him tremendously. Very thankful for this purchase. I’ve already recommended it to several friends.

First, the mattress was bad enough, but the adjustable base came broken and customer service has been a pain. I’m done with this company. I’m returning everything.

I had a wood bed frame that was not sturdy. As long as I was upgrading to metal, I thought why not get the adjustable function. It's great for reading bed and helping with heart burn symptoms.

I am just thrilled with my nectar bed with adjustable frame. I used to have 6 pillows in my bed incase I wanted to sit up and read or watch TV but now I only have 2 and sleep so well. Best investment thus far.

Works well at lower to medium levels of rise but not comfortable when both ends are at their highest. Fortunately, not frequently used in that position

This bed is marvelous for comfort. It is also a great tool for those of us who enjoy reading before turning in. The anti-snore is a Godsend for people with snoring partners (and the snorers don't seem to mind it). All in all, a wonderful bed.
