The bed always separates in the middle of the night. Also the bottom of the bed is torn where the holder is for the mattress. Spent a lot of $$$$ on this and very disappointed.

So happy I bought my new mattress and adjustable bed! Adjustable frame was easy to set up, is super quiet and motion is very smooth. My St. Bernard doesnt even notice the movement when i raise or lower it! Definitely recommend!

The frame was easy to assemble and the controller is easy to use. I love the frame but the only change I would make is facing the usb plug-ins in the opposite direction of what they are now as it is very hard to plug into them.

Recently purchased this mattress and have nothing but aches and pains from mattress. Contacted customer service to discuss my options to change mattress and was denied any help.

Save your money (and your marriage) , stay away! What’s the point of this adjustable frame if it creaks at the slightest twist and turn. Do they expect us to sleep like a mummy?

I had a queen tempurpedic hybrid and this supports way better and it's less expensive. Was able to get a split king with adjustable base for 1400 less.

The mattress moves. I have to go to the other side and physically move the bed bacl to where it belongs. very irritating! also every time the sheets are changed, the remote stops working and i have to unplug it and plug it back in. Why?

Frame works well. The frame itself is very heavy so if you order you will need help moving it. Was easy to assemble. Only thing i wish worked better was the vibration mode. You can barley tell it is on

Frame is great. It’s all assembled you just need to add the legs and plug it in! The usb plug is not practical when you put your base inside a bed frame :confused:

Easy to assemble, love the remote. The best part is the massage feature with timer which soothes aching muscles at the end of the day and lulls you to sleep.
