Bought this for my daughter for her birthday. She absolutely loves it best steam mop she's ever had.

Cleans good and easy to use. Wish it was a little heavier for deeper cleaning on stuck on food/stains

It appears to just moisten the dirt on the floor and swirl it around, leaving a dull matt of dirt. I am getting an actual mopping tool that dispenses and then rinses off a cleaning solution.

I was skeptical at first after watching videos of it, but holy cow! Iy deep cleans! It got out stains deep in the grooves! It doesnt get corners because of the round pads, buy it gets close. The water tank needs to be bigger. My back is so thankful to not have to scrub now!
