[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This was my first time using a Ninja Creami and it’s pretty cool. Based on the number of booklets, stickers to remove, etc I was a little intimidated but it all came together quick and was very intuitive. Recipes - I’ve found my own on social media and also tried one out of the provided recipe book that was yummy! Once you get the base down, it’s very easy to try new things. Noise - I saw a lot of comments on how noisy the OG Creami was and some said this one was quieter. If that’s the case then yikes since this one was pretty noisy. It’s essentially blending a solid chunk of liquid so it stands to reason it would be loud though. I carved out a space in my kitchen to keep it permanently but it is a large piece of kitchen equipment and could be annoying if it had to be moved around a lot. Something to think about if you will only use it once or twice a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing! My 3 year old screams family ice cream night everytime we break it out. It's loud but manageable- we just go in another room. This thing is incredibly easy to clean making it so that I don't mind grabbing for it. We have tried several of the receipes from the book and have landed on the intermediate soft serve as our favorite. Got some different flavored extracts and have been loving everything about it.

I don't love it and am returning it. It worked well the first time, but I'm one person and won't eat the whole pint at once. It was bad the second time after I refroze the half that was left - it wouldn't dispense, then the dispenser lid was stuck, the lid is so wide I couldn't remove it (small hands), and I decided to return it right away. It's a nice idea but I think the design could be better, especially on the dispensing lid. Maybe fine if you have enough people to eat it all at once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing! It’s pretty easy to use, just look over the directions and you should be good. It makes so many different things- soft serve, gelato, ice cream, sorbet, etc. You can make your own flavors by adding mix ins! My daughter was so excited to use this! The only things to mention is it is loud and you have to make the mixtures the day before because it has to freeze for 24 hrs before you can process it. Once everything is frozen you’re good to go and it’s ready in like 5 minutes.

Bought this the day it came out. Makes surprisingly delicious soft serve. Some of the recipes aren’t the greatest but most are good. Vanilla soft serve was so-so but the chocolate was amazing. We’ve had some amazing sorbets from canned fruit and some good scoopables. I really wish extra containers were cheaper. Because I would love to have a bunch of them ready to process sitting in my freezer. Waiting 24 hours for them to freeze up is torture.

I have many Ninja products but this is my favorite by far. I bought it the day it was released and my whole family loves it. I love that if you don’t have any ice cream prefrozen then you can use store bought ice cream to make the soft ice cream. We haven’t tried many of the recipes yet because we are loving the vanilla soft serve but we will experiment soon. It is very easy to clean and it is a little loud but no louder than the other Creami products. It is a little expensive and the extra cups are expensive but it’s so worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received and opened immediately. Love the easy to follow instruction. So far I have tried traditional soft serve recipe and milkshakes. The machine is easy to use, due to the individual function buttons. All parts are easy to remove and clean. I like that there are arrows and lock/unlock buttons to ensure a secure fit. The recipe book is helpful and provides many different ideas for flavors and healthy options. Some of the cons would be that all ingredients have to be blended and frozen for at least a day prior to use, which means planning ahead. I have never owned an ice cream maker, so that may be standard wait time. It is important to note this is not a blender, so no ice or large ingredients. I did check the previous model and noticed the soft serve function is new, so this alone may not be enough for someone to upgrade. For me this machine is perfect, the size is not too large for storage and clean up is quick.

Love it. So easy to use and ice cream is great. Fun with the kids. Better than I expected.
