I used the sauna post workout and it helped relax my muscles Also used it before bed and it helped me get a restful night of sleep. I highly recommend this sauna.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. It takes a while for it to get really Steamy in the tent.  2.  It’s more warm the the tent and not very hot. 3. You get what you paid for . 4. You have to add water often.  unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it, but it was easy to assemble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable sauna is great. We set it up in our garage. The assembly was really easy and the temperature control worked well. If you let it warm up for 10-15 minutes it’s great and it seems really durable when you have it all out together.

It was easy to put together and the steam is POWERFUL!! 10 minutes in this thing and you were sweating. It’s pretty amazing and great for post workout relaxation.

It produces a steady flow of steam, which helps improve my skin, and help reduce stress at end of busy day. I use it after gym as well. Temperature controls are responsive. Placing the white steamer device in center gives that even distribution.

I was a little skeptical how well it would work but I was pleasantly surprised. We have it in our basement gym so we can access it easily. I look forward to using this all year, but especially in the winter after my outdoor runs and when my skin and airways get dry; the steam will be very helpful.
