The set up is a bit of a pain and I wish it would come with a carrying case. However, it works very well and it will definitely make you sweat. You can control the amount of steam, which is also good. Overall this is a good buy.

I was a little skeptical how well it would work but I was pleasantly surprised. We have it in our basement gym so we can access it easily. I look forward to using this all year, but especially in the winter after my outdoor runs and when my skin and airways get dry; the steam will be very helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a nice concept but poor design — initially we didn’t think this came with instructions (it does — it’s inside the steamer which was the very last thing we opened) & set up is pretty straightforward but the fabric did not hold up. you have to really force the frame in, and in doing so it ripped a hole in the fabric. one of those things that says it’s portable but honestly if i take this down i’m not setting it back up.

There are so many benefits when using this product it improves circulation, refreshes your skin, reduces stress, and enhances muscle recovery. It is easy to set up and you have enough room inside to be able to breathe and move comfortably. Did I mention that the folding chair is included? The box comes with everything you need! Portable steamer Sauna with a removable cover, a foot pad, 2.4L generator, steam diffuser, water hoses, and a water pitcher. Sharper Image definitely did there big one. The chair does have a weight limit of 200lbs but let’s just say it didn’t collapse when I used it! The steamer takes distilled water and will auto shut off when empty. It is also recommended that you only stay in for 15 min intervals. The heat distributes evenly throughout the sauna. I must say I am amazed how well it holds up and works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. It takes a while for it to get really Steamy in the tent.  2.  It’s more warm the the tent and not very hot. 3. You get what you paid for . 4. You have to add water often.  unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it, but it was easy to assemble.

But, everything compacts down really nicely for storage. Comes with everything you need for tranquil serenity in your own home. The steamer works well. Space is a fine size for solo use. Durable material for the housing and chair is comfy enough!
