I have been using my portable sauna for 4 months now. It works great! You might think it does not heat but it sure does. I love that I can increase or decrease the temperature and you can also change time up to 30 minutes. Once it reaches the time you've set it shuts off the steam. I definitely recommend it.

Helps you sweat out impurities in a safe manner without taking up too much space. Assembling it was easy, but I wish for an indoor sauna that it was easily disassembled for quick storage. Once it’s up, you kind of have to have a permanent space for it so storing it in small or limited spaces are not the greatest.

If you're getting this thinking it will get as hot as a wood burning or electric sauna, look elsewhere. It is exactly what it says it is, a STEAM sauna. It gets plenty hot and you'll be dripping within a few minutes from the combo of heat and steam. Assembly took about 10 minutes. Assembling the base square inside the fabric shell made the rest of the assembly a breeze. Make sure you gently push the poles all the way into the fittings to ensure the rest of the shell will fit over. Also, be aware of the inside part of the zipper as you zip around the poles and you shouldn't have any issues. The one negative thing I would say about it is the power cord running from the steamer itself if comically short. Nothing a single gang extension cord cant fix. Ran my first run 30 minutes and felt great. Place some sort of carpet/throw rug underneath, had part of mine on concrete and could feel a temperature difference. Also, heat rises, and with no air movement, the hottest air was at the very top while the seat has your head level at about halfway up. I got a little fan and set it on the lowest setting and put it on the ground pointing up just to move the air around a little, worked wonders. The chair is a little uncomfortable, but I put a towel on the back and that worked fine. Cant wait to add some essential oil to my next session. Definitely recommend as long as you know the difference between how steam saunas work vs wood/electric
